Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Highly disappointed, called in and placed an order. The person seemed rushed and told me ok and hung up. I was shocked my name was not taken, but assumed ok they’ll be ready. Arrived 20 minutes from order and when I got there was told no one had called in an order. I proceeded to show the lady my phone( I know like it matters right) well I was called a liar. I stupidly ordered in person and sat down. In front of me to my surprise I see an older lady on the company phone and on a personal call!! Yeah I speak Spanish so I know it was personal. Ok I was like let me call , just to make a point and guess what no pick up. ManYneeds to step up their game and fix this location. I like little Cesar’s but there are other chains down the road that do want...

Don't order with door dash with these guys. I got a order and they didn't bring my two orders of wings. Sad because I call this place and they told me to contact door dash. I call them and they don't give me my money back either and to contact Little cesars. Just sad how you offer delivery yet can't fully deliver the food purchased from yall. So sad. Update: it has gotten better but recently they are overcooking the Italian cheese bread and also the pizza are not cut well. This is the second time happening. I ordered on 4th of July and it happened so I let it slide thinking maybe they are busy with alot of orders. But today same thing. I didn't know the regular $5 pizza was thin crust also. Just bad...

I did not receive my complete order, this occurs often I will usually recheck order before leaving. This time my children used the portal option and when my daughter asked for the missing items she was asked to repay for them and when she explained it was already paid for the employee rolled his eyes pushed the sauce at her and did not give her the bread sticks UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM AN EMPLOYEE TO A CHILD. I will not recommend this site and recommend visiting the other 2 sites 4 to 8 minutes away. Better customer service and assistance and correct orders...
