My family and I have been going to this dentist for about 10 years, both of my eldest children got thier braces here. We had good experiences in the past but now things have changed. I made an appointment for my youngest daughter on a Saturday so that I would not have to pull her out of school to go in for an Orthodontics evaluation when we got there the place was packed and things were moving quite slowly but I never worried about it because like I said we always had good experiences before but after waiting for an extensive amount of time I went to the front desk and then she decided to let me know that they were short staffed and did not know how long it was going to take. I chose to leave since it was my grandson's birthday and rescheduled. I received an email confirming my daughter's appointment for today and when I went in waited for about 30 minutes the rude young lady behind the desk let me know that there was an emergency and the dentist was not available that day and that they had tried to call me on my old phone number although I had updated my information on the first failed appointment they just didn't update it in their system, at the very least they could have sent an email to cancel. but either way I'll never return it was the worst...

I went here last year and regret it. Spent $1299 on a root canal and $699 on a crown just for the tooth to still give me pain and be sensitive to temperature. Then what’s the most infuriating is that I went to get another root canal but it couldn’t be finished because the dr said I was “bleeding too much”, so they booked me out an entire month and half to come back and get it completed, however within 2 weeks the pain returned. I went into the office because the pain was intolerable but the dr who performed my root canal was on leave (there’s only 2 dr’s that perform root canals and they only come in something like 4 days out of the month). So Dr Taylor’s resolution was that I’d need to get it pulled. He’s a dentist and could’ve finished removing the rest of the nerves from my tooth but the truth is he doesn’t like performing root canals, he said this to me out of his own mouth. Now I have this missing tooth on my left side and I can’t smile the same without it being noticeable. I wasn’t going to leave a review and there’s even more that I can write, but I’m so upset about having to lose a tooth that could’ve been saved and now have to pay $2k+...

I absolutely love this office. The workers there are awesome and they ALL have great attitudes. Today my visit was short and brief. They got me in and got me right out of there. Dr. Taylor is an excellent dentist. He is the best and has the best personality. He is a dentist that truly cares about his patients and their smiles. My girl Manuela Rodriguez, is the best. She is so professional and ALWAYS takes really good care of me. She makes ALL of my visits so pleasant. I just love her to the moon and back. She double and triple checks that I have no loose wires or wires are not sticking and poking my gums. Being older and getting braces, was a real challenge, but this entire office made this experience the best ever and I actually look forward to my visits to this office. If you said " dentist", I would run in the other direction and find every reason NOT to attend, but not with this office. I love my visits. The dentist today, need to take notes from Dr. Taylor and his crew.. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST..... I recommend that if you do not have a dentist.. Dr. Taylor is your guy. 5 star rating all...
