Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Dallas

Worst Ross in all DALLAS AREA!!! This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this certain location, but this time could not have gone without being brought to someone’s attention. I went into Ross today just for some pants. I was planning to just go in and out. I approached the dressing room and there was a Ross employee speaking to a security guard outside the dressing rooms. I walked up with my items and told the employee I had six items. She pointed to a clothes hanger and counted the clothes as if I were lying about the amount of clothes I had. Once she gave me the number to proceed to the dressing room she then continued her conversation with the security guard. I finished trying on the pants and decided to keep two of the items. When I returned to the entrance to the dressing room. The Ross employee was still talking to the security guard and I went towards the racks of clothes I saw hung up. The employee then approached me and said are you taking that clothes. I responded no. She then demanded that I return the clothes to where she counted the items of clothes I had. I again only decided to keep two of the items and left the two hangers in the dressing room. The employee said did you leave the hangers in the dressing room. I responded yes I did. She said you need to bring them here. I returned to the dressing room for the hangers and returned them to the girl. Before I walked away I asked for her name. Cecilia is her name. I then went to the register and politely told the cashier that I wanted to speak with a manager, she pointed to a register, and told me to go over to another register to speak with a manager. Instead of the asking the manager to come over to talk to me. I told her no she needed to have a manager come and talk to me at her register. The cashier’s name is Gregoria. The manager came over (not the one that was at the register) his name was Randy. I explained what occurred in the dressing room to Randy, and he honestly seemed as if he did not care and had a face that made me feel as though I was wasting my time. First of all, this is absolutely unacceptable to treat a paying customer as if they are an employee. I do not work at Ross and should not be expected to do someone else’s job. The customer service at this location is the worst!...

Not all Ross stores are bad just this in Crocker hill it was the worst experience in my life I went to the store 06/21/23 to buy some kitchen stuff and I paid the merchandise when the cashier told me the card didn’t work try one more time and then she said one more time then she said my machine is not working then took the supposedly cancelled transacción and she moved to other and I try again.. to me it was a lot and I open my phone to review my bank deductions and it show me twice pending and I told her and she said is pending is not valid try one more time and finally it works except my account was showing 4 transactions and I spoke with the a manager and he said is pending not problem Imleft and then come back after 2 minutes and I told the cashier Can I have the cancelled receipts and she said I am busy now make a line and I said reallly??? I just want the receipts and she called her manager ( she wants the receipts and those in the trash and I don’t want to look into the trash and I said you can get a copy in the history register but course she was unprofessional and really not trained correctly and the manager show up and HE told me ( are you harasment my employees) I said just want the receipts and he said here is the trash look for it Is a black thin man more unprofessional HUMAN that I see in my life Now I have to spend time calling the bank to request my money back just because they are trained and they don’t not how to manage those situations with professionalism Please be sure not use your card twice...

This is the second time that this happen to me on this store and I can't not tolerate this anymore because it was very disrespectful the way how some employees treated customers. I went to buy some clothes at this store and the girl on the cashier was very rude she didn't even said hi How are you sir or did you find everything ok sir on my mind I was it's ok she just having a bad day which I understand dealing with some rude customers will put you on a bad mood what really kinda upset me it was when she was throwing all my clothes on the bags like garbage.. when I saw that I immediately told her if she could please folded my clothes which she reply that she was no obligated to fold my clothes and I could do it my self. So I told her that it's ok I was gonna do it my self so I folded my clothes and placed on the bags... at that point I was just trying to hold my temper and I didn't say anything because at the end of the day I feel that everyone must treat everybody with respect. So I just went to ask the security girl what was the managers name to make a complaint and she told me that it was Maria but I just decide no to talk to her about it and left the store. I spend 165.51 dollars and I will be returning all my clothes and I will never come back to a Ross...
