A group from work was ordering food from here and I decided to try them out. When we called and it was my turn I asked for a broccoli beef. The lady asked me if I wanted a medium or a large and I replied that I wanted the $6.99 lunch special they showed online. She said ok and asked what type of rice I wanted and said they'd be out soon. Upon delivery I was told my meal came to $10.89. I told the driver, who was very nice about it all, that that was not the price I had been expecting, he helpfully called the owner who told him I had two options, to pay the $10.89 or to wait several hours until their lunch rush was finished to get my food. I was expecting any sane manager to just fix the price and move on instead of wasting an entire plate, her driver's time, and the food for a new plate, but I refused to pay the extra $4 and the driver pulled my meal from the bag and left. After waiting an hour and a half for the driver to come back with my food I get a call from the restaurant saying that they won't be coming back as the driver got in a car accident (terrible coincidence? maybe...). When I finally take my break at work 30 min later I happen to pass by the location and see the delivery driver getting in his car with a new order to be delivered. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS...
Read moreI came here a couple of times before. The first time, everything was great. The second time, the shrimp was white, like out of the bag, but i know it was barely cooked. The husband got a big attitude because I asked for my shrimp to be cooked in my combination rice. He came and took my bag full of food (when I said I wanted a refund) and threw it all in the trash with rage. I WILL let all of my coworkers know how I was treated and to NEVER eat here ever again! I know he was cussing me out and talking crazy in his language (such a coward thing foreigners love to do, lol). The wife had the nerve to ask if i had taken a bite out of the egg roll. Like, really?! Ya'll are trying any kind of way to make me pay for some trash food that wasn't cooked, right? I should've gone with my first mind and went to Panda Express. At least I know I would've been treated nicely and had properly cooked food. Now I have to wait to see if I'll even get my card refunded back. Read moreI had a really serious issue with the food I bought from your restaurant today (5/24). When I got home and started eating, I had to spit out my food because I found a piece of metal in it. By that point, my husband and son had already finished eating, which is really scary thinking about what could’ve happened if one of them had swallowed it. I went back to the restaurant to report it, but the experience wasn’t helpful. The woman at the counter didn’t speak English, and another male employee came over. I thought he would help, but he seemed annoyed and just tried to take the food from us without saying much. This isn’t something small—it could’ve been dangerous or even deadly. I’m taking this seriously and will be looking into legal options. I hope you understand how serious this is. I’d like to know what steps are being taken to look into this and make sure it doesn’t...
