I hate AT&T with all of my heart. I moved into my apartment six days ago. Six. And still have not been able to connect my internet even though the self installation box was delivered the day of move in. Everyone over the phone for corporate AT&T hasn’t been that bad. Besides the fact that the call disconnects every time they try to transfer me. I was on the phone for 3 1/2 hours yesterday with someone in accounts, did a virtual call & he said everything was hooked up correctly. Today I go into this AT&T store to try and get help in person. I spoke to Alana about my situation and she was so rude. Told me it was my fault all this happened because I gave some sales guy my information before changing my mind and deciding to setup the account under my roommate. Read moreI’m baffled by this store’s rating. I visited the store on 06/14 in hopes of having an employee-induced error resolved. Instead of offering or attempting to do basic, investigative or troubleshooting processes, I was met with a staff who were only willing to do the bare minimum. Importantly, they referred me to the corporate location insinuating that their staff had more resources and insight at their disposal (which wasn’t the case).
