7:42 am drive through 10/15/2024 @ 1560 N COCKRELL HILL RD, DALLAS, TX 75211 Ordered 3 burgers all no cheese. My Sweet and Spicy burger cheese was still added. I checked my orders because my Sweet and Spicy burger and a #2 burger had been made wrong once before by adding cheese at this same location. The lady took the burger back because it was made wrong. Here comes another lady I'm believing the manager asking me what was wrong with my burger. 😲 I just told the lady that took the wrongly made burger back that I specifically said while placing my order several times no cheese please. She further try explaining because it comes with cheese. I know ma'am but once again I stated no cheese and several times. Told her to please ask the man that took my order. Her attitude was already not customer friendly. Then here comes the remade burger with no onions. OMG, Sweet and Spicy burger comes with onions. I once again told the lady that was coming out that my burger still isn't made right. Let me make this clear, the burger I originally ordered was for extra onions & big as day on the receipt. At this point I get out to only be welcomed by another customer standing at the counter not happy about his order. The ladies on the inside while speaking to one another in Spanish, acting rudely and upset at me for messing up my order that I paid for. My 3rd burger definitely showed that. Looks like it was just slapped together. 😩 Customers please check your orders before leaving. Pretty sure I'm not the only one that's been treated as such lack of. Definitely wasn't customer friendly to me this morning. I love Whataburger! To me they make the best freshly made burgers. Never experienced this kind of treatment. Hopefully I never will again. Now have to find me another Whataburger burger to go to. This one wasn't far from me in the Bishop...
Read moreI regret to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to the Whataburger drive-thru on 11/30/23, which unfortunately resulted in a frustrating and disappointing encounter.
Upon entering the drive-thru, I encountered a situation where the service in the two lanes was notably disparate. Although I promptly placed my order as requested, I experienced an unfortunate lack of follow-up or acknowledgment of my order for an extended duration, spanning approximately three minutes. Regrettably, despite attempting to seek clarification regarding the status of my order, I did not receive any response or confirmation from the cashier.
This lack of communication and the disparity in service between lanes prompted me to inquire if it was necessary to relocate to the alternate lane, which appeared to be operating more efficiently. This interaction was met with indifference, leading me to feel disappointed by the overall attitude and lack of responsiveness from the staff.
As a customer, I was disappointed by the absence of a basic confirmation of my order, subsequent prolonged waiting time without any update, and ultimately having to depart without receiving the requested items. This experience left me feeling undervalued and dissatisfied with the service provided.
I kindly urge the management team at Whataburger to review the drive-thru operations, reinforce training protocols for the staff, and consider enhancing the communication and responsiveness standards to ensure a more positive and efficient customer experience...
Read moreLAST time I order from here. Last time the shift manager or manager at the window failed to check my order and forgot my whole chicken sandwich meal. I understand mistakes happen cool. To avoid long line I order online for curbside. Says it’ll be ready at 6pm. Cool I get there park in spot 2 put it in the app. I wait 26 MINUTES. No one comes out I go inside. I count from the counter about 15 employees and a manager , 2 employees just standing in the kitchen talking. I’m standing in the front the girl taking orders as soon as I stepped up she walked away. To TOP. it off the Hispanic boy just standing around in the kitchen ask the girl on Expo who’s doing curbside pick up and she replies no one and laughs & the manager RIGHT NEXT TO THEM a older black lady. just keeps handing drive thru their food bags instead of addressing the issue. Finally the girl comes back to the register and I tell her I want to cancel my curbside the one behind her and she reads the name on the only order of food there and ITS NOT EVEN MY ORDER after 38 MINUTES MY FOOD ISNT EVEN DONE YET! When I first got there they had no line in drive thru. Im a GM in the restaurant industry. I understand stuff happens mistakes happen when you get busy but for a crew member to tell you 3 feet away that no one is taking curbside picks up and you act like you don’t hear it that manager will sink your business.
