THIS IS THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO THE MANAGER CARLOS IS A COMPLETE IDIOT AN THE DISTRICT MANAGER WOULDNT EVEN ANSWER HER PHONE INSTEAD SHE REPLIED WITH A TEXT SAYING SORRY I AM BUSY AT AM EVENT AN WOULDN'T EVEN TALK TO US VERU POOR SKILLS MICHELLE THIS GUY SOLD US A PHONE THATWAS TRASH HAS SHUT OFF AN ON SINCE WE BOUGHT IT SO MY SONS MOM BRINGS IT BACK TO THE STORE TODAY TO ONLY BE TOLD SORRY YOU SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT UP HERE YESTERDAY THAT WAS YOUR 7TH DAY EVEN THO WE BOUGHT IT ON A SUNDAY WHICH IS THE 7TH DAY NOT SATURDAY THAT WOULD MAKE IT THE 6TH THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORE AN I'VE BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEY MAY JUST...

These guys here allowed someone to get an IphoneXR in my name through progressive leasing. No I.D was required, and i connected them about it a rep said he would contact me back regarding the matter, but never called back. I'm hiring an attorney and making a police report that's pretty much all I can do at this point. This store has handled the situation poorly so beware! they even allowed the person to use my bank routing and account...
