Normally I have a good experience as this is my main store I choose. However today was different and unfortunately I won't be back. I came in looking for a replacement vape and the gentleman was very helpful. I asked about 3 different devices and he answered all my questions. I ended up choosing to remain with my old setup and just get a new device. I trusted the store to know what device they were selling me. It wasn't until I was home that I noticed they sold me the wrong device with pods that didn't fit. I had my boyfriend call to see if we could return it, and based on the conversation we had it seemed it would be an easy return/fix. So he drove 30 minutes back to the store to be told this wasn't her problem and to call management in the morning. For a 50 dollar device.. you guys couldn't fix your mistake. And it sucks honestly because I've never been anything but kind and "tipful" in your store. The young man that helped me just made a simple mistake.. or maybe I did by not making sure I was getting what I asked for.. But oh well, I will keep the wrong device and just find a new store. No big deal for either parties. However, we had receipts from a same day purchase, nothing was used-only opened and returned immediately upon noticing the mistake. I just don't understand why this was solely my problem. Anyway, thanks for hearing my feedback. Hopefully in the future you can allow employees to do returns or whatever was preventing her from helping because this was an unpleasant hassle that was left a bad taste in my mouth. Happy Easter.

50-75% more expensive (for disposable vapes) than Idaho. However, the employees make up for the higher prices with their helpfulness and cheery attitudes. Very friendly staff ultimately make this shop a wonderful experience! They also have several brands of Kratom. Their variety of brands of Kratom with decent price point and good quality makes this a go-to shop in Dallas. The store is also very modern and clean which reflects pride of the owners and employees! (Visiting family here and have gone in a few times now. Gave 4 stars only due to prices, but employees/service definitely a solid 10 🌟...

Bought a cbd vape pen last night and the red head dude with painted nails did not give a recipe for purchasing the product Got home and pen don't work tried charging and still nothin so just cuz he didn't give a recipe for the product now I cannot exchange for one that works are get my money back.
