Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I’ve been a Marco’s customer at this location for about a year and I’ve never really had an issue until today, long story short I did an online order had my husband go pick it up it takes about 20mins since we don’t live in the area anymore so when he gets there the order is still being prepared no big deal I like fresh food finally the order is ready, he gets home and we’re missing a large pizza so I call to let them know, the phone was passed around 3x until finally I get a “manager” who said to come back up there the pizza will be free, I’m like ma’am the pizza was paid for I spent $75 it was suppose to be with the order my husband picked up, she’s like o… well just come get it we’ll make it fresh at this point I don’t want to drive another 20mins there and another 20mins back home for a missing pizza so I ask for a refund she said she can’t do it but if I come back she’ll give cinnasticks I’m like you can do better than that nonetheless my husband goes back just to get a pizza that was literally threw together due to their mistake and on top of that overlooking the requested pizza description from my original order so this location lost a customer I’ll try the one closer to me in Garland before making a decision to cut ties...

I ordered Marco’s Pizza for the very first time because I heard that it was excellent. I ordered an extra large on meat 10 wings, barbecue and I had to call the restaurant to get an update on my order. The customer service that I received was excellent. I’m very very happy with it when my food got delivered, they gave me Parmesan wings and not barbecue I called the store immediately spoke to a I’m guessing the managers name was John, he said no problem the remaking my wings and they’re gonna have it delivered immediately. Now that is what customer service is supposed to be like some of the best customer service from pizza place that I have ever had and trust me. I’ve had a lot of pizza from a lot of different places. You know I hate to do this….. but this place was clean. I walked in with high anticipation that this pizza maybe great! Me new to go to place. Bummer. The customer service was not the best. The young guy at the register had no clue as to what the specials were. I pointed to the poster on the window. It states large pizza starting at $8.99. So surely one topping starts at $8.99. For a large. Wrong! It was over $16.00. Clearly the guy had no clue as to what was going on so I asked for a manager just to clear up the confusion. No dice! No manager on duty. According to him.
