Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

I wish I could not give a star but I had to for the sake to give my review! Well I called in on 03/13/2019 to order a pizza and right off I can tell this particular guy waa gonna give me a lil trouble just by his aggressive tone of voice but I give people the benefit of the doubt so I proceeded to take the promotion that the rep offered me which was 2 large pizza's for the price of $20, while ordering my pizza I got too the second pizza and I asked for spinach as a topping thinking that since he offered me to the promotion that says you can get 1 topping I asked for spinach and do he goes immediately into an aggressive, defensive like attitude saying "Well you can'order spinach it's considered a specialty side and that will knock off your discount, now I'm a very understanding person and I got what he was saying the thing was his tone of voice was so aggressive and defensive it was hard to receive what he was saying to me without him being so combative! So we move on to finish out my order and so most places offer you any condiments before you finish your order or while your ordering. Well he did not do that and so once he made my order complete I asked for extra garlic sauce and my God he immediately gets the rudest attitude with me saying " well you waited to we get done ordering than you want to ask for extra garlic sauce"!! Once I askes him for the extra sauce he was likeI will have to charge you $0.75 and then that will knock off your promotion and I was like that's crazy and, I figured he could of just made a separate transaction at least and I could of paid separately that way but like I said I'm very understanding but the way he defensive and aggressive with his tone of voice and being very combative with a customer I asked him " why are you so aggressive and defensive abd being argumentative over some garlic sauce, he could of de escalated that argument by saying ma'am we charge $0.75 for additional garlic sauce but I'll throw one in for you this time! I mean he could of said anything else other than being so combative and argumentative anout it! Ir hell he could of just asked me prior to finishing out my order " ma'am would you like any extra garlic sauces or any condiments?!! Hell he know PaPa johns is known for that damn sauce why not make sure you are marketing that and selling that yo finishing the order damn it!! I'm done. That rep needs to be coached for real and to add he hung up in my face...

I ordered a pizza at my nearest restaraunt but somehow online it got transferred to this store. I called them they said they would void it and transfer it but after 10 minutes no response. Coming to the conclusion after multiple factors that the manager who was not only rude to me over the phone but he had also lied, I decided to make the half hour drive to pick it up so it wasn’t a complete loss. I called corporate and asked for a refund they said to talk to the store. I got there got the pizza and explained my situation respectfully and requested a refund again since i would be eating cold stale pizza and making a half hour drive after being lied to. The man threw his hands up at me and started angrily jabbing the screen. I told him there was no reason to be upset I just need help. (Which I did not recieve from him at all) at which point he disrespectfully told me I already did have a good day and motioned for me to leave his store. Not wanting to cause a disturbance I left. To describe him he was about 6’4”-6’5” with long blonde hair, probably weighing in at about 330-350 pounds with grease coming from his face. Very unkept appearance and I felt uncomftorable at the thought of him having been the one to touch my pizza. I got home and threw it away so as not to catch anything. I hope the store does something about this, completely unacceptable. Side note I tipped them 20 percent for a carry out, I would expect better...

This place is terrible. I ordered a Spanish Alfredo pizza last and when it get here, it looked as if someone played frisbee with the box and it was cold. So my wife called and explained what happened and guy said it’s ok and that he would credit us for 1 pizza. Tonight, the so called manager on duty right now said there’s no credit and he argued the point that a spinach Alfredo pizza has no toppings! As is spinach, cheese, tomatoes, and sauce don’t count. Then when I asked to call the guys last and find out what happened, he sarcastically said he’ll call them now, and hung up on my face. So I called right and asked why he hung up and he said that he’s the only guy working at papa johns and no ones around to help make pizza for Dallas and he refuse to service me. The manager from last and tonight do not keep their words and lie. I will never do business with this location ever again. My wife and I are working all day on weekends and then work all day with lawyers, we come back to our starving and we ask is something to eat, instead we fed empty promises and lies from papa johns staff. Good job boys, keep up the bad work and cold food.

Edit: I ordered Pizza Hut and it just got here already lol 15 minuets and cant take a bite yet cause ITS STILL VERY HOT! Soda is ice cold, pizza is hot, and I can’t...
