McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

Asking to put the cheese on the side and not put it in two breakfast sandwiches was difficult for them. One of the sandwiches came with a round egg but the other has a flat egg. They couldn't handle making both with a round egg and cheese on the side for both. The dogs get the cheese which we don't eat...but only if they give it to us. BUT, since the cheese was requested on the side, they also put the two eggs on the side but they failed to change the folded egg to a round one. I opened my sandwich and it had only sausage and muffin...no egg! I'd taken my sandwich out of the bag and gave the bag to the person who ordered the other sandwich. He gave the cheeses to the dogs and when he opened the other boc he found 1 round and one flat egg. He ate the round egg because that was special ordered for his sandwich. He didn't know my sandwich was without egg. I called to complain but only got an insincere "sorry" and no offer to make the order right! Really BAD customer service!! The receipt says special request for both but they didn't bother to get it right! I had clearly said both sandwiches with round eggs and both with cheese not in the sandwich but on the side, seperate from the sandwiches. Both should have had round eggs in them but they couldn't get that...

Food is great as always but the guy who took my order must have been new or else he got fired cause that's the only excuse for the many times I was failed yesterday at this mcdonalds I ordered .29 double cheese 6 piece nugget deal from the app which I love use it all the time the food is so affordable free stuff the value menu the 3.50 bundle but back to that I order that and asked for ranch no ranch I asked for hot and fresh fries they were cold and stale and so I go inside it's the manager I presume I ask him if he wants them back or not since I won't eat them he gets me a fresh order good thing I didn't leave no ranch in my bag he didn't check the fries odd but he did check the bag before I got out the door I checked and no ranch and I told him and he checked the bag too no ranch and then gave me some ranch the food was great tho as usual mcdonalds food never disappoints me but customer service from not only this mcdonalds but others is astonishing might I recommend an ear doctor for that hearing problem u have or a nuero for ur...

They never fry their food all the way. The fries usually come out white and the chicken nuggets always come out mushy. They reuse old burgers when you customize your order then stick it in the microwave to pretend it's fresh. The staff is nice. The play place is usually covered in food the kids didn't eat because of what I described above and also because the more affluent people in this neighborhood couldn't raise a Well mannered kids to save their life! It's sad. But if you ask one of the staff members they'll come clean it up. I just wish they'd actually check on it themselves. I'm not McDonald's staff and shouldn't have to remind them of their duties. Oh and thanks for finally putting someone back at the front counter! For almost 9 months they had a sign that said use the kiosk, and they would complety ignore you at the register. No one wants to order their own food at the kiosk when they come inside that called work!! We paying customers don't get a...
