McDonald's — Restaurant in Dallas

You know it would be different if a mistake was every once in awhile, I can relate. But every single time I go thru this Dallas NC McDonald's my order is never right! It's not like I'm ordering something that would require special preparation, it's simple off the drive thru menu and they still manage to #&%! it up!! For instance, I ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin, a large tea and a small coffee...I get a sausage&bacon biscuit, a large coffee and a small diet coke?!?! Seriously?!! I was the only one there at 5:00 am so it wasn't like the line was backed up!! I counted 9 employees staggering around all doing things like texting on their phones, fiddling with their hair, (yuck), or standing around looking at each other like this is the first minute they ever worked here, or anywhere! There is absolutely NO structure of management or customer service at this location and hasn't been for years now but I seem to keep trying to give these people a chance and I keep getting screwed up orders. List of items I tried to order and the results below: Oatmeal: was cold and extremely dry. Oatmeal: cold and watery. Coffee: Luke warm and very old. Sweet Tea: Taste like soap! Egg McMuffin: Bit into egg shells right away! Blah!! Gravy Biscuit: Biscuit but no gravy! Here's the clincher: I watch a girl scoop ice into my cup using her bare hands, right after she pulled her long dreadlocks or weave out of the ice bin!! I said something and her reply was "my hands be clean"...Seriously!! So to avoid any hairy food or drinks, or getting a messed order that could give you the stomach flu, diarrhea I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonald's in Dallas NC. Sorry Golden Arches but...

My family and I have always had pleasant encounters with morning and afternoon employees, about 95% of the time, and had discrepancies with night crew almost every time we go at night (mind you, we go here once every 2 weeks). Tonight in particular (8/3/2018) was pretty bad. First, our cashier seemed very irritated that we were even there. When we ordered she looked annoyed and didn't smile even when we attempted to get her too. We order and went into the play area. It was really wet in there, fries and wrappers on the tables and floors. Our order was being set on a tray, that was not in a warming area... giving the food time to become cool. Our food was ready after about 10 minutes and I went to receive it. As I was grabbing the tray, I saw both the front line manager and the fry packager both mess with their noses and hair. They proceeded to touch food without washing their hands.... when I took back one of our 3 sandwiches to get it corrected, the cashier who had initially taken our order was visibly irritated, because I had taken her away from her texting. When she returned with the corrected item, she plopped it on the counter and resumed her texting. The only employee that seemed to be doing their job was the one taking orders in drive thru. Seems basic food safety/hygiene is either not taught or employees don't care... quite disturbing when I used to work at a McDonald's that fired lackidaisical people like this. :/ Wish they would fix their leadership and implement an environment for better food safety. Sigh.......

This is the worst mcdonalds. I had an issue a while back they refused to bring out my order for curbside and I left. Never received refund for that after calling corporate. So I done mobile order and went through drive through today. The girl at the first window running the register would not open the window when I was waiting there so I pulled up to the next window. She started yelling stuff out the window and complaining to the customer behind me about it. I had to throw my food in the trash because I do not trust it and my burger was so cover in ketchup inside it and all of it that it was soggy like they done it on purpose. I will never be back again. Every time I go for a while now it's nothing but terrible customer service and nasty food. I only go for my toddler a happy meal but I have explained to him we just can't eat there any more. You should be ashamed of your store and the employees. Trash was all over the drive through area. If you dont have enough professional trusting staff you need to shut down. There shouldn't be an option for curbside either when your staff is telling me they can't bring out my order and I have to walk in. It done me no good to use the drive through option when they were still rude and the food...
