Terrible service once again. Ordered online only to have them not pack all items in our order. The lady said she did pack everything and even said she remembered giving us a sprite when all 4 drinks were brown and clearly coke. All we asked for was our small fry that was missing. She refused stating she had given it to us. Our order cost 30 dollars, I would never go and ask for one small order of fries when I can afford to pay for it. It's upsetting that we did pay for something and it was not given to us. Then for her to say she got our order right and denied giving us 4 cokes and that she did give us a sprite... please! I've always tried to be respectful and understanding that service is never perfect but when people don't do their job right and can't fix their mistakes while we have already paid for something, we'll that is not ok. Place a large order for the whole family cuz I had guests over. Well by the time I got to the window, my order was not ready. They only had one cook. And whoever was on the microphone taking the orders, was more concerned about how she look then serving her customers. So I'm sitting and waited about 10 minutes going on 15 minutes I asked for Courtesy drink, and she told me no I couldn't believe that every Burger can I go to if they make you wait more than 5 minutes give you a courtesy drink because you're waiting after you pay for your food. First of all, because of the sucky service, you get angry customers and the enviornment becomes toxic and hurtful. As the only willing translator in my family, I have to order the food. I deal with anxiety and can usually get it over with, but because of the rest of the customers screaming and yelling it gets worse. As someone who's worked in customer service before, I know that the only saving grace is good customer service. The workers here, except for the managers, have horrible attitudes.
