In the driveway waited for 13 mins at the drive thru. No one ever came to take my order. Person in front of me that order already. Left. I decided to go in. I go in . Young lady named Danni…walks up unprofessionally. Never looked at me… walking to the register texting. She says hello. Still texting… I asked are you speaking to me… Danni is still texting. I said is this place open she said yeah it’s open. I said Oh you never asked me for my order, I didn’t want to assume you were taking orders. She said I’m texting my boss. I said well I’m Cust Serv. You should say something. I’ll be with you in 1 min.. I’m speaking to my manager. She said I’m almost done. These are the worst employees you'll ever meet. The food is slow, you're treated as an inconvenience and forget about asking a question or want to change an order after you've paid. But why 3 stars? Because: The chicken is still delicious. And, this is the big one, If you go in at night you'll be treated to some of the finest coworker disdain you'll ever witness! I mean it is superb. I've seen them yell at each other, neglect customers, and one time they left a new employee with two days experience alone on register during the dinner rush, to which all he could do is smile and say he's sorry. It was great. I mean you get to see America at its truest form. I mean, in this place you can really get taken away by sonder. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large lemonade, and one sweet heat sauce. I was told my orders was going to be $7.43. When I got to the window I was told my order was $4.32. I received my sandwich and a cup of water with no sauce. I asked about the sauce and told I had to pay an additional $.25. I told them I ordered it at the menu and I was supposed to already been charged for it. I received the sauce and pulled away. I reached in my bag to eat my sandwich and realized it was cold to the touch. I drove back and told the cashier my sandwich felt old and asked for a fresh one. I was told I had to wait 10 mins for another. After 4 mins I received another sandwich. The sandwich I received was still cold and I could tell it was not fresh.
