Worst place every!. I've been several different times around 7 am. No one ever answers the drive through. Then decided to g8ve them a try again. It took them they had the car in front of me holding for 20 mins before they took their actual order. When they did finally take their order it was. A few mins. Then I pulled up & sat and waited 10 mins. As well as saying hello several. Then after 15 mins they finally came on. They apologized for the wait. I asked if they were short handed. He said no. They were busy. I looked around and said really? Confused because there was many 5 cars in the lot one person ahead of me. That's not busy. Side I have worked in fast food and for Burger King before in a different state for corporate at that. They were not busy at all. If they are short handed then they need to start hiring. I chose not to order after waiting as long as I did. If they took this long to take my order I can only imagine how long to prepare my food. Read moreIt seems like I am constantly standing up for Burger King to my friends and I really don't know why. This Burger King is near my work and the "have it your way" slogan has been a running joke for years with my co-workers and it seems everytime I defend them and go get my bi-anual Whopper (in this case a Sourdough King) with no onions and no tomatoes I am sorely disappointed. The onions on this sandwich were so strong that when I walked into the break room upon my return everyone in there including the onion-eaters turned up their noses and asked what the heck I had in the bag. They refuse to take more than one order per vehicle in the drive thru (keep in mind this is an industrial area where lunch is their largest means of business where co-workers regularly ride together) , they get the food wrong almost 100% of the time, they charge an extra 25 cents for each condiment packet more than 2. It is just awful.... Today, I have conceded to all the work place jokes and bad talk about this Burger King, they are right and now I join them in not going back here. Read moreJust had one of the worst experiences. I was doordashing and when I walked in, it took quite a while for someone to help. Three employees looked at me and said nothing. I finally had to walk behind the register to my order in order to get some help. IRIS, who I asked more than once if I could get some help, but got nothing as she finished a conversation with someone sitting in an office, finally makes her way to the register to confirm my order Lastly, my drink order was wrong. When I pointed that out, IRIS looked at me as if I was crazy. She then says, "We don't have Dr. Pepper back here." Instead of IRIS walking 50 feet to get the order right nor providing a cup, I had to ask for a cup to get the correct drink for my customer! Like, wow!! What happened to plain old customer service?!!
