HORRIBLE -RUDE - NEVER WILL GO BACK !!! So my business partner with 100s and 100s and 100s of gold stare points - I ask him to meet me there so I can get my Sumatra that he forgot to get at the Starbucks just 3/4 mile up the street ... cause he was getting his own coffee. So while he is waiting for me ... he goes inside to use the bathroom. Comes out and I am parked there before going into the drive thru to get my coffee 4 lb always - ground for a cone filter drip. Our company that we own is behind this Starbucks - so my business partner goes there every day - EVERY SINGLE DAY! Ok - while we are talking - an employee - who we know the name of comes out to the car ... interrupts our conversation to get into a consultation about him coming into the restroom and stopping up the toilet. REALLY? YOU WALK OUT OF YOUR STORE ... NOT EVEN BEING THE MANAGER AND GETS INTO A CONSULTATION IN FRONT OF SOMEONE THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW. Hello - who is this employee to come out and publicly embarrass anyone? So - My business partner will never go there again ... I sure as H am not going there!!! I went thru the drive thru to ask to talk to that guy ... asking him "where are you from"? Cause if you knew your business you would know your customers ... plus I ask him if he checked the bathroom behind every single person ... cause I work with the guy and some people don't do 2 in a public place. My business partner felt as if that was our neighborhood Starbucks ... and after seeing the bills come from there on credit card receipts ... I know how much is spent there by just him - not including me. So this guy never apologized for possibly making a mistake - nor does he realize what that does for their business with us having 89 employees. This will be on our morning meeting ... They lost my mobile order, when I asked where my drink was the woman making the drinks looked at me like I was the biggest liar and made me go all the way to my car to show that I had indeed made the order, and even after seeing it, tried to argue that it wasn't a recent order.... She rolled her eyes at me and I finally got my hot chai latte; nothing like a cold "hot chai latte" to start the day. I just wanted a steaming hot chai tea latte since I wasn't feeling great.
This location is also the only one that does puppicino's on a lid. Is it really cutting into cost that much for you to fill it in a kids cup like every other Starbuck's in the nation does!? I have a big, black lab. A tiny dollop of whipped cream on a lid is a joke to her... and one of the times I asked for it to be corrected and put into the kids' cup like every other location does, the girl at the window proceeded to tell me that I was a horrible dog mom for giving my dog that much sugar... I grew up with 6 dogs, and now have Shadow (my lab). You seriously don't think I know what is good or bad for my dog. We come here EVERY Saturday for puppy-dog mommy time on the way to the dog park and she knows she's about to get a treat and gets so excited so for you to give me a lecture on how to raise and take care of my 7th dog in my life is completely unacceptable.
This location time and time again continues to insult and give horrible customer service. The store manager needs to reevaluate the staff, and even put cameras with microphone's to hear how customer's are being spoken to!
I may just start going to the HPBs coffee shop across the street on my way to work...
Read moreI visited the 2285 W Northwest Hwy Dallas TX location on today 10/5 around 8:03 this morning. I placed a mobile order for mango fruit lemonade refresher and a ham & cheese croissant. Went through the drive through and they told me the order was placed at the wrong location. I called the store the order was placed at and informed the young lady that I mistakenly placed an mobile order for the wrong location and I'm currently not in that area and would like to cancel it. She informed me that i can let the store i was currently at know that it was placed for the wrong store, have them call the store just to confirm and they can re make the order for me.
I entered the store with a staff of about 6 people NObody greeted me. The cashier MANNY finally came from the back and gave me a dry "I will be with you in moment". I explained to MANNY that I just spoke with a young lady at the farmers branch location and informed them I placed my order at the wrong location and she advised me to have you guys reach out to them so that my order can be replaced. MANNY didn't hesitate telling basically there is nothing he can do. I spent three mins going back and fourth with MANNY about the situation until he finally called the farmers branch location just to be told EXACTLY what I just told MANNY. If you would have seen the disgust on MANNY face after being told he still had to honor my order. MANNY then proceeds to ask me what I ordered in a nasty manner as if I was getting on his nerve.
