We stopped in around 10:30 PM on 12/23. Our small group had two rounds of cocktails when our server Emyli E was cut and had us close out our tabs with her. When we asked her if they were closing, she informed us that we could still order at the bar and that they were open until 2 AM.
By the time it was around 12:15, we noticed that most of the patrons had left and that the staff was starting their closing duties and stacking chairs. Not wanting to overstay our welcome, we asked the busser if they were closed and if we should head out. He gave a vague answer of “maybe….. you don’t have to yet….”
Things just got really uncomfortable when it was 12:30 and the lights came on, the bartenders (Trey and a blonde guy) weren’t acknowledging us, and they started playing the same song at least 5 times in a row (in an attempt to annoy us out?).
The busser then came back to our table and started stacking the chairs while we were still sitting there…. We left quickly after that but ignored on our way out too.
We would’ve never stayed past closing had we known, and the passive aggressive methods of closing down were so unecessary and...
Read moreGreat food & atmosphere, but disappointing policy for families
We’ve enjoyed this restaurant several times because the food is excellent and a great place for a good time.

We only found out when we arrived, which was awkward and disappointing, especially after planning a family evening out.
If they clearly communicated this rule ahead of time, it would save families the inconvenience and frustration. That said, if you’re an adult group looking for a great evening spot, you’ll probably love it here — just be aware of the hidden age restriction if you’re dining with...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience. I love that there is parking and it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday night. Once the word is out about this new location, I have a feeling that may change becuase we had a great time.
We came for my husband's birthday with friends. The fried mushrooms were outstanding, and so was my chicken sandwich. My husband had the veggie burger, and I can't say enough about that housemade gem! And then the bread pudding sealed the deal. Chefs kiss. What this place knows how to do best is flavor. Not to mention excellently crafted cocktails.
Liz was our server, and she was so attentive and thoughtful. She understood the assignment when we asked her to surpise us with drinks.
It's not easy to impress us, but Old Monk fit the bill and I'm so glad our friends...
