I just moved in and couldn’t be happier. The leasing and management team is super responsive and have been easy to work with. Nancy (the property manager) is wonderful!

The apartment walls are surprisingly thick. I'm an amateur karaoke artist and often practice for performances in my apartment. I have yet to have a single complaint from my neighbors. Either they didn’t hear anything, or they’re just very polite Texans. I suppose either or both is possible. Everyone here is so nice!

The gym has enough equipment to make me think about working out. Which is fortunate, since the food scene around here could be problematic for the seams of my pants.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants peace, comfort, and being smack in the middle of a vibrant Dallas food and arts scene. Be sure to pack your elastic waistbands if working out isn't your jam. You'll...

Not only did it take leaving a bad review in order to speak with an actual person instead of AI. But upon receiving a follow up call I picked up fast enough where I could hear them speaking incredibly rudely about "calling him out for his bull**." Which I can only presume was them referring to me contacting them over and over trying to to get a hold of a real person. All this over a broken leasing portal and not being able to select a floorplan. Like you really thought I was just gonna sign asap after the hell I've been through trying to get a hold of a real person? Not worth the time. I work in customer service, I get it, it sucks. But I would never speak poorly on a customer while already on a call with them. Not gonna lease now that's for sure. Wouldn't recommend anyone else...

I'm so excited to be making the move from Los Angeles to Dallas, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience I’ve had with the team at Uniti Bishop Arts. From day one, Nancy (the Office Manager), along with Asia and Lakeisha in the Leasing Office, have been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their warm southern hospitality truly put me at ease during this transition.

Even from out of town, they went above and beyond — offering a live virtual tour of my unit and even showing me a furnished space so I could really get a feel for it. Every question I had was answered with patience and detail.
