Staples Print & Marketing Services — Local services in Dallas

I was looking for a local location to make some copies of some documents and Staples pulled up. I decided to try them out for the first time. It was definitely a waste of time because, 1st-Only 2 printers were available as I noticed, one of the printers a customer was trying to figure it out. 2nd- The other printer was malfunctioning, so asked the associate that works near by the counter where the packages get dropped off. After several times to get his attention, he finally acknowledged me and came over after 5 minutes or more. The associate had shut down the printer and restart it, so I waited. I noticed that the associate was on the phone with a customer with info, several customers at the counter, customer trying to get his attention to help at the other printer. As I looked at the printer I was waiting to restart, the screen showed that it will be 15 minutes to restart, so I decided to go to FedEx Office Print & Go instead, since it was about 15 minutes away and I know for sure someone will be there to help me. My opinion and observation is the printing area is messy, short staff, before opening your doors someone should be checking that everything works, clean, stocked up. This is way too much work for one associate to be responsible for, pretty sure he had to do other things behind that counter, like make orders, Print labels and so on. I will definitely not be coming back to Staples, because after I went to FedEx, I was in and out with no issues. God bless the associate that was working at Staples and trying to keep...
