Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Dallas

Let me first thank God for another day and give him his praises that he rightfully deserve. Today is a brand new day for us all March 3rd 2021. As I told many that I'm going to be very honest to them to let them know that I am a truthful person when it come down my experiences. When I went in CiCi's Pizza I was going to get just something real quick so I ordered a one topping and a large pizza. At my next stop that I had a time frame and I could not be late. But anyway as I'm driving I open up the box and took one slice of the pizza. Like I said in the beginning I went in to get a pizza to go so if you really want me to tell you the truth on this which I am it wasn't good to me at all. It really wasn't worth what I paid for I'm just being real The Taste was horrible it also the service was not acceptable. This is how I always been accustomed to when someone is taking my order and I am getting it to go quite naturally I would offer them something to drink just to be courteous. I had to ask for water myself she didn't offer it that either. I understand we are not perfect people but let's be real sometime especially in restaurants. I wish that I can train some people on being courteous they would learn a lot from a old school like me. I am not trying to get no one in trouble with a supervisor oh district manager I am being a truthful customer and letting it be known. My grandmother used to always tell me to be honest tell the truth and the truth will set you free back in the days. I am not satisfied at all and also I will not return ever. Update: More than a week later I've come back and still having issues with the cups. The cashier tried to tell me they don't sell regulars anymore. I called for the manager who simply just pressed the regular cup button. They keep those cups out of sight to charge you more, even though it is free refills. I posted a picture of where the smalls were hidden.

The black male manager is awesome. He keeps the restaurant clean and is very interactive and caring. They always keep the same kinds of pizza on the buffet which I find odd. Bbq chicken, Hawaiian, pepporni, cheese pepperoni with jalapeno and the standard deserts.

Beware of how you are charged. On my last visit I asked for a regular drink, the latina manager charged me for a large, which typically at this location they will just charge for the regular cup and give me the large. Because they are always seemingly out of regulars. When I told her I wanted the regular price she had an employee pull them from a box above the line. I've been here at least once a week on my lunch break and they never have regular cups so I wonder how long they've been doing that. Instead of just forcing the customer to buy a large they should upsell.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would, costumer service started off okay. My mom & I decided to come eat some pizza because we were really craving it. We sat down and were eating warm hot pizza. As I take a bite something catches my eye. I look up and see 2 RATS immediately my stomached turns. My mom & I get the lobby attendant’s attention & make her aware. At this point we no longer want to ate, I have ate half my plate of pizza. I left hungry & with an upset stomach. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

My mom & I contemplated whether to talk to the manager considering we ate barely any of our pizza. We go talk to the manager to maybe get a discount or even a refund. She was very standoffish, talking on the phone as she was talking to us. First couple words she told us is that she couldn’t give us a refund. Did not even hear us out, we were being very considerate and quiet. Bc we saw a lot of family still eating & coming in. She offered us a free pizza. WHY WOULD WE WANT THAT Considering we just saw rats!!!! No we don’t want anymore food from this place.
