Papa's Pizza To Go — Restaurant in Dallas

Called in my order,they screwed it up. The Called themselves fixing another pizza the way I ordered it and took the same pizza that they screwed up the first and ran it back through the oven! So when I checked this one, I said, how do you screw up my order twice, then try and tell me that the second pizza was a new one, and it was the same screwed up one as the first one. All he did was run it back through the oven. I have never seen such incompetent employees in my life! Then to lie straight to my face, made it worse! Then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted it! It wasn't what I ordered the 1st or 2nd time and just because you said I could have it, was degrading! You need better employees or at least ones that can comprehend what a extra large pepperoni pizza, add sausage and mushrooms to half of it means!!! Oh, and also that you don't argue with the customers!!!bc they were unable or unwilling to fix your damn order right! Don't take the same pizza that you left out the damn pepperoni on in the first place and add pepperoni to half an think I was supposed to believe it was a fresh pizza!!! I watched you! You're and idiot to think otherwise! You're just stupid! Maybe they will make...

It has been more than 3 yrs since I have been to Papas.I payed for a pizza and 2 liter to get my son something to eat and get point's for his school. He wanted to eat inside so we waited and waited and waited. I was supposing the wait was because call ins and deliveries. 1 he passed and I was getting puzzled by the wait not being belligerent I politely asked about my order.To my amazement the workers were puhaven't as I had shown the receipt. By that time I told them to keep the money cause I could get a competitor to service me and that their impression on me would lead me to never come back or order again. I am a customer who watches the service for 1st impression as to how business is conducted. By the way their competitor weekly business, sometimes twice a week. Thanks PAPAS..... ......Thispost is more than 3 yrs old and I still havent patronized this place since as I have found other competitors just as sufficient for needs for ordering out... I will continue to refrain from here....spending $ elsewhere still... Now it isJune 2025 and still haven't ordered...

Papa's has the best pizza—I'd choose it over any other, any day. I've been coming here for years and it’s always been a favorite!

I understand that most of the staff are high-school aged, which is totally fine, but a few just haven't been the smartest cookies. That said, attention to detail can be hit or miss. For the past two years, I’ve consistently ordered the buffalo chicken pizza with four sides of ranch. About half the time, they forget the buffalo sauce—but when we catch it before leaving, they’re always kind and quick to fix it. If we don’t catch it until we get home, we just add some of our own sauce—no big deal.

Unfortunately, on our last visit before moving out of town, they misunderstood the order and put the four ranches on the pizza. I'm sure there's some weird people out there that go for it, but personally hot baked ranch is not it, bleck.
