Ordered 2 nights in a row. 1st nite was awesome. 2nd nite - HORRIBLE! I left a 45% tip each nite. Wish I could of cancelled the tip tonight. She delivered 2 hours early, no eating utensils, no napkins, no extra dressing as requested and no croutons. The hotel mgt looked their number up for me. I called to ask to speak with a mgr. She said none were available. I spoke with her about the items that were missing. She told me they have NEVER had forks or napkins in their restaurant. She said if I had asked for extra dressing - she would of provided it. She said they ran out of croutons. After her explanation - I asked, why did I receive everything the nite before? Today I tried to place an order online. By the time I got to the end to pay it said the time slot was taken so I could tell it was a busy night for them. Not only was my order done before the estimated time but they had to deal with a van full of irate people who didnt understand how customers who ordered online (before they walked in) came before them. When I tried to explain this I was screamed at by this crazy lady. She got unreasonably upset when I took my pizza to my car. Tried to order online but it didn’t have a place to input a coupon I purchased from a local school fundraiser so I called in the order. When I arrived in store 45 minutes later the price was significantly different than quoted online. Questioned why and they said online pricing is different than in store. I asked if they would honor it, “shift leader” said nope. Asked them to go ahead and cancel my order and I will reorder online right there.
