
The one star reflects their current loyalty program. The product is great and is the only thing that keeps me coming back. I did not find out about their loyalty program until the lady preparing the paletas also rung me up and mentioned it to me. After signing up I received my points and went on about my day. On my next visit, when I was getting ready to pay at the register not once did the guy at the counter mention loyalty program to me. When I mentioned it to him he seemed annoyed. The guy's response was that his brother set it up and he has no idea as to how it operates. I asked for the owner and he responded that he was one of the owners. Now if the owner himself does not know how the loyalty program operates and does not care about learning it...how can he enforce it upon his employees or even train them?
