Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dallas

I had the most horrifying experience on Friday night about 8:00 pm. As I was getting changed and ready to go to a move with my boyfriend, I walked into my living room and there in the middle of my carpet stood an Asian man with a receipt in his hand excitedly asking if the name on the receipt was me. I was in shock that a strange man would be standing in my living room. There was no knock on the door and the doorbell was not used. I live in a small 1200 sf one story condo, so it's not like I wouldn't hear either. I yelled at him to leave my home and he kept insisting his delivery was for me and looking at the receipt it showed unit 11-3 not mine which was 6-1. I literally had to push him out the door shouting at him that I did not order a pizza. You can only imagine how shook up I was. I tried to contact the closest Pizza Hut and finally talked to them but they had no one with that description. The next day I went there and they finally told me that my condo was not in their delivery district so I went to the store on Coit and Belt Line. I explained what had happened the night before and they didn't seem to terribly concerned and said they have five Asian men there and wanted me to identify which I was in such shock the night before I wasn't sure I could do that but I could tell them that the card was a gray color sedan. There was one parked out front. The scariest thing about this is that this man could have lost his life if I had pulled my gun. This is a serious issue and better training is totally necessary and should be done in the language of the employee as this employee knew very little English. This location has the worst customer service EVER! I called and placed an order and was told it would take 25 minutes to get to me. Not even 10 minutes later the store called and said they cancelled my order due to no drivers and the "weather" even though the weather was fine it was just really cold. They said their call center took my order and wasnt aware that the store wasnt taking anymore orders which i feel is the stores fault for FAILING to relay that information to the call center. It was a total inconvenience for my wife to have to go out in the cold to get us food at 12 AM and the "Manager" Vicky was of no help at all and was rude i will NEVER order from them again nor will i recommend anyone i know to. I'm waiting in a refund and ill be contacting corporate to let them know how poor a service this location provides.
