Update: I finally talked to the general manager this morning and by 5 pm today. The young man was fired and my husband will receive his money back. Around 8 pm Friday Night me ,hubby and son walked up to Dairy Queen. On the way home my husband realized his wallet fell out of his pocket when we were at Dairy Queen siting down. We went right back up there it was only gone around 5 minutes. The place was very slow when we were there and when we left there was only 3 customers in the place, everyone else worked there. My husband went inside and asked if anyone saw his wallet ,the guy said no i picked up the fry basket from the table but no wallet. My husband went looked in the restroom of the men bathroom and found it in the trash can with the cash missing.. He went to the counter and said my wallet was in the trash but cash was missing. The guy did not say nothing. My husband said hey can i see the video ? the guy was like what video? The one that will show who took my wallet there is a camera that was pointing right at us.The guy turned white and said we cant get to the video. Nikki my husband said ,I will be back up here in the morning to talk to the manager. Next day went back up there talked to manager he said distract manager had to look and will get back with us around 1 pm. 3 o'clock still nothing. Read moreWe used to like coming here when it just opened, but as time has gone by the quality of service and overall experience has really gone down.... tonight was the worst issue we've had ... I was not greeted promptly at the drive thru and then the speed of receiving the order was slow. The employee running the drive through had terrible customer service skills, no eye contact, no speaking, seemed half awake and not interested in his job. When I got home I realized he didn't give me any straws. I also had to ask for ketchup for my fries, instead of being offered it.. but even worse, he didn't even give me any fries at all! The burgers were dry and very cold..we almost didn't want to eat them but didn't want to waste the entire $28 we spent on dinner. Would have driven back for a refund but too tired after working all day and its rush hour traffic. Read moreSUPER SUPER SUPER SNAIL PACE. Yes, I understand when businesses are understaffed...but this was ridiculous. Waited 15 mins to be told they didn't have bananas for shake. What was upsetting was elderly people saying they came inside because the drive through was taking too long and figured it would be faster ordering in person...lol. NOPE SORRY... one of the girls at the counter seemed to be going slow packing orders in a bag...slowing opening bag...slowly putting them in...slowing tying them...slowly neatly placing them to the side...maybe not using those super LONG nails would help speed up tying up the bags??? (Just a thought). Then she lingered over to where they prep the shakes...one of the cooks asked her if she was busy...in which she replied no...and walked over to her...and the cook said. ..."they need help"..motioning with her eyes towards the 9 of us customers...she tells the cook that SHE IS BUSY TAKING ORDERS (i assume taking orders for the drive through?)...anyways...long story short...AVOID THIS...
