KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

This location is terrible. The last four times they have completely given me the wrong order.. I order a large family chicken meal, GRIlLED! Always order it the same, and they always give me fried.. I have complained twice to which I was told it was too late cause they had already given it out.. this time, after I order a 16 piece grilled, they asked me if I was okay with one maybe two fried pieces cause they were a little short on grilled.. what did I get ? The entire 16 piece fried, not grilled as I specified three times over the intercom! Honestly enough to make me never eat at a kfc again, as my diet restricts fried foods! I am an incomplete parplegic and I have urine problems. I went into the establisment to use the restroom and as I was entering the store, I just about fell because my crutches slid a lil ways, but I caught myself. I asked two of the cashoers to get the manager and I stood there 20 min bwforw she even came to the register. I had to ask to speak to her through three cashiers and get loud before she would even come to the front. I was very disappointed! It seems like the quality of food is diminishing just a little bit not as neat as it normally is when it's presented and even the quality of food itself I ordered a chicken pot pie the other day and when I got home and opened up the top of it there was like almost nothing in the inside and I've gotten these so many times but when I open this one it's making me not want to go back to that location to order another one because I wanted it was on special for $5 but I want to get what I paid for as well so not really...
