Do not eat here... not only is it over priced for what you get my cheese burger was so cold that the stale bun it was on was higher temperature. The slice of processed oily cheese on the burger was stiff and as dry as the lettuce the slice of unripe yet mushy tomato on it was dripping cold water onto the bun making it soggy. There is absolutley no way that the seemingly boiled pre-formed hamburger patty was more than 75 degrees- colder than room tempature. I begrugedly complained and did recieve a new soggy equally repulsive replacement. But it was only about 2 degrees warmer than the first one.
It is not only disgusting but very highly likely to eat food not at correctly cooked temps.

Read moreThe location is amazing, and there is plenty of seating but that is about the only nice things to say: The prices are terrible and the food tastes like school cafeteria food . Make sure you bring a cooler with drinks because they are charging 8 bucks for a fountain drink. 50 cents of stale salad mix for 12 bucks was definitely not worth it. Next time I'm bringing my own food or trying one of the snack places because while the food was bad, the zoo is amazing and my kids loved every minute of it. Read moreIt was clean with plenty of options. Breakfast items before 10am and salads, burgers, fries and other items after 10am. The place is huge, with collectors cups of all kinds that look great. I had the cheeseburger with fries. It was a good beef patty, nice soft toated bun, and good fresh fixings. The fries were hot and cripsy, they had a number of sauces for dipping. You can dine inside in A/C, or outside in the sun or shade, it's surrounded with plenty of trees. A nice little respite after lots of walking...
