Had an App order and sat and waited for almost 40 minutes and then pushed red button to ask about it since the display had changed and we never received our order so. I stepped out of SUV to patio and had seen our order like for back and another ten minutes carhop grab out shake and tried to head them to me. I had ask to have them re made since they were shake and from what I can assume they had be sitting there the whole 40plus minutes. I stood there and watch the dump the old shakes into new cup and add a little bit of ice cream. So I said no way and asked for refund. Lady manager asked why. I watched you pour old shake that you left inside with and brought back inside . Into a cup to remake and offer back to me. Then after speaking with Chris and got refund and while speaking to him and smoothing thing over a carhop wanted to come out and threaten to fight me for taking photos of drive-in and staff working. And started running his mouth his name is "Alexis" . He was told to go away and go back inside he want to keep threatening me and running his mouth, but once Chis went back inside he wouldn't say a word. He should be fired "Alexis". Read moreI rarely complain, but today's visit was just disgusting. To start off, employee Brianna, as she took my order was very rude mannered when taking my order. I had ordered a number 11 the Tender basket. I didn't hear her when she asked 3 or 5, I registered it as tots or fries, so i responded tots. She replied back already annoyed with a louder ruser tone of voice "THREE OR FIVE!" Then as I ordered more items, to every item I ordered she was like, "what else" in a highly annoyed tone as if she wanted me to stop ordering. I put in my order in and pay, and waited for my food to come out, when she came out with my food, she didn't bother saying ANYTHING AT ALL to me. I wasn't expecting her to be preppy and cheerful, but I did expect her to say hello and repeat my order or any confirmation; I got nothing. She walked up to my car, saw her name tagged thats why I know her name is BRIANNA, and proceeded to handing me my food without a word. After she handed me my last item just walked away. I normally don't write reviews, but when I do, its because I am just disgusted by the treatment of some employees unto customers. Read moreApproximately a year ago, I posted a review about the Sonic location on Potranco road, giving it 4 stars overall. My previous explanation for my rating went like this; their food is good, their drinks are great, and they managed to hire the right kind of people to work there.
Now, that location seems a little more different now. Their food is still good, and their drinks are still top notch. But the traffic to that location seems reduced. I've visited there a few times this past month, and kind of see why. Their serving times from the time when you order have increased a lot, especially when it comes to food items. They also seem to be out of ingredients like strawberries and other fruits, leaving them unable to fulfill your order. And the property is beginning to show disrepair and negligence in maintenance.
I still recommend coming here. I also hope that this location doesn't close down, and instead gets reinvigorated by refreshing their image, widening their property, fixing their property, hiring friendlier faces, and treat their employees like stars everyday (like offering them an employee...
