I'm sure this review will get over looked by the Starbucks company. But for all my coffee lovers, this not the Starbucks to spend your time or money. They have the worst service in DFW so for that I have been to you would be better off just grabbing a coffee from your local gas station and that's very sad to say. The seating area is always so nasty 95% of the time, if you are meeting up with friends make sure to bring your own cleaning supplies because you have to clean your own table & chairs and the floor around you. Always order ahead with the moble app to this Starbucks is a joke, I live in Richardson but work in the shopping center across from this Starbucks takes me about 25mins to drive there, not only is my drink not ready they never pull my food items the sad part was that thy wasn't busy at all, so as I'm standing there 3 new customers walk in order and those same 3 customers get there coffee & other items before me. The crazy this they had FIVE employees behind the counter, ONE employee picking what drinks she wants to make, TWO others just standing behind her talking about their night, ONE just standing at the register, ONE standing by the oven. When ask for a refund thy refuse to give it to me, and just rush and made my drinking and I already had to pull my own food items, maybe I should get paid for working that day. After that I gave them a month to get it together, But no it's still the worst Starbucks to in Texas again mobile order 30mins before I got there drink still not ready, 3rd time I walk- in for the employee to tell me oh he have to remake order because someone walked out with so another 10mins I waited. Standing I have seen 3 people walk out telling the staff keep the money because it's not worth the wait or them being late to work. Read moreThis location is so happy to close at 7p. I walk in at 6p, the chairs are already flipped on top of the tables. The counters are being vigorously wiped down with chemicals that are not entirely welcoming. There are only a couple of small tables where you can actually sit down to work. I realize they close in an hour, but a nearly complete shut down a full hour early is a bit much. I just turned around and left. Clearly they want nothing to slow down their timely exit at 7p. I was at this same location before near the end of the day. People were also spraying, sweeping, draging large trash bags around well before 7p on that day as well. If you guys want to get out by 7p, just close the place at 6p. And treat the last customers like customers and let them enjoy the primary reason we come to Starbucks to work; a peaceful welcoming environment. When I asked the barista guy to switch the lid to the one that has the hole for the straw, he was aggressive and rude. He asked me why? Give me the reason." After that. I said never mind. He then proceeded to throw the lid at me and told me that since my drink did not have whipped cream, I could not get the lid I wanted. He insisted that since my drink didn't have whipped cream, they would not be able to use that lid., and it doesnt make sense to me at all with frap. He was very rude to me, but was nice to another customer who was the same race as him.
