We purchased a zero gravity "Human Touch" chair that allows both the head and the feet to be adjusted separately, allowing for independent reclining and foot elevation positions.

This chair has absolutely changed the lives of my family. My husband has not been able to sit in our living room for years because we have the same standard couches that most everyone does, and it didn't have the back and leg support he needs to sit for more than just a short time.

After purchasing this chair he can now comfortably sit in the room for hours to visit with friends, watch a movie or even watch the entire game! When Relax the Back's website says that a chair can change your life its absolutely true. Yes, it is worth the money we saved up to get the chair and we're planning on buying a another for the den also.

It was difficult to make you understand that all I need is a cable for my chair. I had a few of these emails wanting me to rate my visit or online visit. I still don’t have my cable or my new chair. I’m still using channel locks to hold my chair at the proper angle for what I need. So if the service was as good as the chair, I would give 10 stars. Unfortunately it’s not, it’s very hard to go through Relax The Back to get anything. In the past I’ve been through 4 or 5 cables and have installed them myself but Human Touch doesNot make it easy to figure out which cable to order anymore. They’ve changed. There’s not one cable on Amazon that says this cable fits the “Perfect Chair”, it might fit a couch or multiple couches, it looks like the cable I need but since it only cost 8$, they can’t make 39$ if they tell us which one fits my chair so I had to call Relax The Back and pay 3 times more for my cable and it’s still not hear even though I was told it would be Fed Z’d 5 days ago. I figured if I bought a new chair and a cable, I would have something soon but I’m still using plyers to raise and lower my chair today....

I purchased my second zero gravity recliner with heat and massage from Lynn, the manager, at Relax The Back in Addison. She spent so much time with me and answered all of my questions! She understood my medical needs and knew exactly what to show me. I am now thinking about getting an office chair as well as a mattress! She kept in contact with me via email to share info about the mattresses to help with my decision! She goes above and beyond! My delivery arrived early which was great!
