I have lived and frequented this location for 3.5 years. It's a super busy location and when I found mobile online ordering through the app - it was as close to God send as it could be for an Atheist
Covid happened and now the drinks, after being made, are behind plexiglass. I get it - regulations and germs and all. But I order online because I don't have time to wait around.
As I said this is a busy location. So I understand they are not always available at that very second to hand me my already made drink. One time I stood for 5 minutes waiting for them to hand the the drink - at that moment I wonder know what is the experience of the mobile app ordering? So I stopped waiting. I have a fairly unique name, and am competent enough to read my own name upside down. So I started just grabbing it from their side of the glass with out their help. I never grab the wrong one
I'm glad I started doing this because one time they were empty and we're to wrapped up in personal conversation to hand me my beverage.
Here is the issue: now they have put paper bags to prevent people like me from grabbing my hot and ready beverage.
I cannot sit and wait for your attendants to eventually hand me the drink that is mine and already ready. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering. So please remove this new paper bag thing blocking me or have your people pay more attention to those coming in to pick up their online orders. It takes 2 seconds to hand me my drink or just let me get it myself. I don't bother anyone, I don't take anyone's time, I just want to get my...
Read moreI have stopped at this location several times on my way into the office over the years. The service at the window is typically OK. No complaints but no big memorable compliments either. Just like all Starbucks locations, I am unsettled with the idea that I’m being asked to pay a tip on a small five dollar cup of coffee. I understand one could argue that the tip is going to the workers and all the hard work that they put in. I believe in tipping. I get that the workers should be valued more. So today my tip and suggestion is that Starbucks Sr. Leadership, reduce your bonuses and increases their salaries. I literally am taking time to write this review today because I paid over five dollars and some change for a tall white chocolate mocha, then asked to tip on a partially empty cup. When I was handed my cup, it felt a bit light. In my haste to drive away I put it in the cupholder, and when I got to the red light, I picked it up to take my first sip. I knew immediately that it was a half a cup of coffee . So I took the lid off and I was wrong. It was a little over half. I’m not happy because of how much I paid for a cup of coffee and then I didn’t even get a full cup. Maybe today I can just be called Coffee...
Read morePlease let me use the restroom!!! I really had “to go!!” I entered the store fully face-masked to retrieve a mobile-ordered latte and a bottle of water. When I asked to use the facilities, I was told that the restroom was closed B/C this store has too many issues with homeless people. I was kindly directed to use the QT across a busy street. Please, Starbucks, let’s put a sign on the door that reads something like this: restroom for paying customers only! (Rather than refusing good customers the relief of using a restroom!) I am the customer who writes a lot of positive reviews! I hate complainers, so please hear me when I say I’m not just complaining! I am suggesting, for the good of the store, treat customers with decency. Rules are rules, but there are always exceptions!! I was miserable and really needed “to go!” And I was treated like a homeless person looking for a handout, who, by the way, also deserves decent treatment!!
Good day my friends,
From the relieved bladder in the QT parking lot across...
