I went here yesterday because we are wanting some java chip frappuccino. customer service is bad they are not really acknowledging the presences of their customer they will just get your order and thats it .(I came in and it wasn't busy) staffs are just busy talking to each other. I get it maybe they are tired (one scenario, when the guy was making my first 2 orders he told the lady on the counter that they're running out of chocolate mocha, she responded what about the white mocha! He just responded i said chocolate mocha) that I ignored, but when I got my drinks first thing that I noticed is there's no chocolate syrup on my whipped cream, I let it go because maybe he was just really feeling lazy or he just really forgot andI hate arguing so I told myself maybe my husband and sister wouldn't mind it and i was thinking that the drink is good so it should be just fine but apparently even our drinks are crappy.. the taste is just a lot different from other stores.. they don't taste like java chip. On more than one occasion, I received cold drip coffee instead of hot, and my orders have been prepared incorrectly despite ordering through the app (which I would think was pretty fail-safe communication). However, what truly sets this location apart in a negative way is the pushy behavior of one of the workers at the counter.
I have repeatedly declined the worker's attempts to upsell additional food and drinks, but they continue to push and make me feel uncomfortable. It is especially frustrating when I am in a hurry and just want to grab my coffee and go, but I feel like I am being held up by the constant sales pitches.

There were only two employees in the store at the time and I'm pretty sure they were both trainees' because they kept asking each other how to make and write down drink orders. That should have been my red flag but I still ordered. My order was not only made wrong but it was very very over priced. I always get the same thing so I know my total by heart. $17.80 I ended up paying $25.75 for the exact same thing I get every time!!!! I tried to explain to the cashier but she insisted she knew what she was doing. The barista slaughtered my order. He made everything wrong!
