Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

This place seriously sucks. Just waited minutes at the counter after waiting for the last customer to fuss because they decided to personally tend to them and then restock, even though someone else was already making coffee (more people in line behind me, too) then I ask for a PSL and I'm told they're out of pumpkin flavor, "sorry". This place is ALWAYS out of something, always slow (if they're alone, I understand) and they don't accept rewards etc cos they're not "actually Starbucks". I've been to other store Starbucks that do, this place just always seems to be full of excuses. And when I came last week, there was something pink (unknown) splashed across the floor. It had been there a while cos it had dried. Oh, and the cups are not full when you get them. They just don't care. But the worst is that they're always out of something. Always. *edit, a week later and they're out of pumpkin AGAIN. They had it in then 2 days later it was gone. Someone's needs to plan better, it's pumpkin spice latte, it's better to overstock than understock cos you're always gonna sell it. 08/15/25 update. Years later and nothing changes. I stopped trying but occasionally I test it and they're always out of everything except lattes and tea. I got a drink a few weeks ago and nearly fell over in surprise but tried again last week and once again, out of frappucinos. And refreshers. And everything but tea/latte. I walked up after shopping and was greeted by Twelve and Jess. They made the best drink and the service was amazing. Jess took time to go into the back and get me fresh blonde espresso so it wasn’t watered down. We had a lovely conversation even when a target manager rudely stormed behind the counter demanding paper towels. The manager COMPLETELY interrupted us in a very rude way. But Twelve and Jess stayed professional and kind, even when being talked down upon. People don’t realize how much hard work goes into a job like food service. Its exhausting. Working a job like this is FAR from easy, and Jess and Twelve are absolutely killing it. I hope I see them next...

The customer service was horrible.. I ordered my items she seemed grumpy . But I noticed she was nicer to the lady behind me . The only thing I could think of is that I’m black and the lady behind me was white . We don’t get to pick who we are as ppl , everyone deserves good customer service and a pleasant smile . I’m a millionaire I could have left her a huge tip because I once worked at Starbucks . It’s hard work especially if your alone . But nope she was rude and it’s a sour reflection...
