Subway — Restaurant in Dallas

We just went there tonight 1/1/2021. We ordered online. My husband order subs and 18 cookies and paid online. When he got there the man said "sorry I dont have any cookies" my husband said "That's okay I will just take a refund" the man then told my husband that to give him a refund he would have to cancel the whole order and that he should just come back tomorrow. So they literally robbed our money. The guy could of either 1 made the cookies or 2 found away to refund the money. I normally don't leave bad reviews but since I'm a server myself and wouldn't DREAM OF stealing a CST money like this. I'm extremely upset. I highly recommend you NEVER order online because they will just rob you and to make it all worse they do this during a time when money is hard to come by. Went to this location but today both workers were unfriendly and showed very poor customer service from the beginng of me walking in..I had to take the initiative to speak to the male that was about to prepare my sandwich..my first mind was to walk out..but I allowed him to prepare it..as I was about to pay for it..I made mention of poor customer service..the female mumble something under her breath then made a gesture with her hand to say that I was crazy..then verbally told me I was rude and I could leave at that point I refused to pay as I was starting to and the male joined in telling me to leave and get out..and I did just that and went to another Subway. The staff was really bad, rude,hostile and biased based on color . There were total of three employees 2 white lady employees and one African- american , she was very friendly with every one and she had smile on her face all the time and she treated every one equally regardless of color and race . coming to other two employees one of them who was working at the counter i believe it's christina made me wait not once but twice purposefully while she was doing nothing but having a chat with other lady.I have been to many subway restaurant but this particular one was the worst in costumer service.
