I’ll come back and change if need be but my initial reaction to this place is very disappointing. The line wasn’t long but the employees seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They didn’t really have time to be pleasant and a lot of items where out of stock. They seemed to be focused on making “Togo” orders more than acknowledging the customers in line. It’s a shame the company didn’t send extra help and resources for the opening and getting them on their feet. It seemed very mismanaged. We finally walked out after waiting to order with zero acknowledgement. Hopefully things improve or this place won’t last.

So I went back and actually ate there. I’ve lowered my original 2 stay to 1 star now. They had a lot of employees this time, but they still seemed disorganized. The line was long and moved slow. The lady who made my salad and the cashier didn’t communicate well and the cashier didn’t communicate well with me. Never told me the price. (My fault for assuming he rang up the right order) grossly overcharged, when I emailed the receipt to get it fixed, they said they would get back with me, then nothing. I wanted this place to make it, but it seems it won’t. It’s very meh. Salata is a block away, it’s amazing, they don’t charge you for absolutely everything. They work well and are efficient. Would highly recommend smelling “trendy” sweet greens and...

I’ve been a loyal Sweetgreen customer for years, and I’ve visited many locations across different states. Unfortunately, after consistently coming to this location for 4+ years, I can confidently say it falls far below the standard Sweetgreen is known for. Bowls & Portions – They’ve switched from the standard bowls to much smaller ones, and staff often try to serve salads on plates when a bowl is clearly ordered. Portions are consistently minimized, and if a topping is even slightly over, they take food back instead of simply serving it. Compared to other states, the portions here are noticeably smaller and feel stingy. Dressing Issues – It’s shocking how often this location is out of balsamic vinaigrette. I understand shortages happen, but it has become a frequent problem. What makes it worse is that balsamic is usually available for delivery orders, yet customers in-store are told it isn’t an option. Customer Service – Aside from a few kind team members, most of the staff seem uninterested in being there, which creates an unwelcoming experience.

I hate to leave this kind of review because I truly love Sweetgreen as a brand, but this location badly needs attention from management. The standards here don’t match the quality and experience Sweetgreen promises, and it’s disappointing as a...

Green goddess ranch yum and sweet potatoes roasted to perfection. The curried cauliflower bowl. I enjoyed it but neither of us a fan of their tahini dressing. Not sure how to describe it but to say it's different and more bitter than I'm used to from elsewhere. I didn't care for the hot sauce they serve with it but my bf liked it better than the tahini. Staff was nice and helpful. And PATIENT with us as first time customers. A+ for that. The honey hot chicken bowl was just ok to me. Chicken flavorful but without the honey mustard sauce the rest of the bowl is pretty bland. Nothing particularly wrong with that. I feel those of who try to prioritize healthier eating know when you're going healthy you can expect only so much flavor when all the unnatural junky ingredients ... added sugars fats and such have been removed from a dish. They don't even offer any type or form of sweetener here to add to their unsweetened teas lol So just a heads up... this place is...

I placed an order and purposely scheduled to pick it up at 7 PM, as I could not get over there until then. They made my order half an hour early, so it had been 45 minutes until I was able to get my order, so it was cold. To make matters worse, I open it up, and there is ONE full potato, and 2 half potatoes. I have included a picture of my order below, taken right after I opened it and put the sauce on. And just wait it get’s worse. When I bit into the sweet potato it was completely RAW. I attempted multiple times to contact management or the store directly, and it was absolutely impossible to reach anyone except for the Sweet Green support team, who was of ZERO help. I usually have a great experience with Sweet Green so this is not only unacceptable, but HIGHLY disappointing and will definitely make me think twice next time about ordering from Sweet Green.
