Tom N Toms Coffee — Restaurant in Dallas

This was our experience visiting this location at 10am on June 22nd: My husband and I stopped by this morning to grab a coffee. Our order was for 1 drink and 1 food item and we were the only people in the store. It took the barista 20+ mins to finish the order. The employee was extremely friendly and warm, ticket time could use some work.

Update: after waiting 30 minutes for our order, we were handed this Tom Dog wrapped in raw dough and covered in some sort of sauce (mayo maybe?) which was not mentioned on the menu and the employee didn't ask if we wanted it. It was not safe to eat and had to be thrown...

It was my first time to come in to try because I got a coupon in the mail so I thought I'd try it. The coffee is absolutely delicious the coffee stop itself was immaculately clean. But there was a girl sitting there doing her nails with like 6 different nail polishes and the fumes of that was so intense and strong give me a horrible headache. And when the cleric asked if it was hot in here because I was waiving myself I said no it's because of the strong nail polish and she just laughed. Note to customers please don't do your nails at a coffee shop. It smelled like a nail salon and people have intense...

Overall very nice aesthetic inside and the staff is great! However, the actual coffee itself needs some tender love and care. The iced coffee was reminiscent of gas station pours and the iced latte was overly sweet with only two pumps of sweetener. I really want to love this place - a bit better beans / brewing and it would easily turn into a go-to for the neighborhood and potentially rival LDU...
