Punch Drunk Chef Meal Prep — Restaurant in Dallas

I recently visited PDC & I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Brad! He was such a ray of sunshine! So warm welcoming and kind! It was my first time visiting and I showed up about 30 minutes before closing, but he still gave me the full run down & was very patient and nice!

I ended up getting two of the Puerto Rican inspired dishes! They were so good!! Like so good i’m upset I didn’t grab any more before I headed back to Houston. I tried the dishes around my siblings and I guess they could tell how good it was by my facial expressions, that it prompted them to ask for some. I almost said no honestly, I wanted it all to myself, but I decided to share and they had the exact same reaction I did, my brother even shouted aloud lol.

So not only is the customer service unmatched but the food is amazing, healthy, and a great option for people who don’t have the time to meal prep for themselves. Just honestly great all around! & I can’t wait until my next trip to Dallas so I can...

I could easily write an essay on how wonderful my experience has been with Punch Drunk Chef (PDC) ever since summer 2021. The folks there are incredibly communicative, accommodating, personable, thoughtful, and sincere. The meals they assemble are absolutely delicious along with new surprises each week. I especially can't get enough of the G.O.A.T. and the Midnight Summer's Korean Dream. I love that PDC folks are so accessible that I can text them while eating a new creation to praise how delicious it is. No meal prep delivery service is 100% perfect, mistakes do happen. However, I can say without a slightest ounce of doubt that PDC is hands down (!!) the most accommodating meal prep delivery service I've ever gone through if a mistake does occur. I flew out to Dallas for surgery and I was recommended to reach out to Punch Drunk Chef Meal Prep to order healthy, pre-made great meals to eat during my recovery. One of the owners, Brad, was amazingly communicative, helpful and accommodating in helping me place orders and going out of his way with my needs and order. In addition to the truly OUTSTANDING customer service, the food was incredibly DELISH! So flavorful and clean. My husband and I ordered a second time from them during our stay. I have plenty of meal plan options at home in south Florida and I can honestly say, Punch Drunk Chef Meal Prep is superior to anything I’ve tried before.
