Terrible customer service.
Small portions.
I've given them about 15 opportunities over the course of a year try to get it right and they have failed miserably on at least half of these orders, if not 2/3.
Several times I've ordered delivery. they've gotten the order wrong or they go to the wrong address. Instead of taking responsibility for the bad order they want to argue about it.
When the manager is busy he will put you on hold without checking to see if that's okay with you. And then when you come back to the phone several minutes later, he's rude. I've called with very simple questions I've either been hung up on or been put on hold.
Have had everybody from low-level employees to the manager get rude over the phone.
Not one time have they ever apologized for being rude or taking responsibility for messing up an order
Pei wei there's a much better job
When you ask for the owner they always say that the owners gone and that they have no idea when he'll be back. That is a lie. I've worked in multiple restaurants in my life and we always know when the owner is going to be back.
If you leave your phone number to have the owner call you back about a complaint, they never...
Read moreI’m pretty shocked this place only rates three stars, but see that there are many one-star reviews, which I always find suspect.
We relocated to Dallas from San Diego just over a year ago. San Diego has so many excellent Asian restaurants, so we were spoiled there and reluctant to try Chinese food here since every Vietnamese place we’ve tried has been average, at best.
Fortunately, Wang’s took the initiative to place menus in the mailboxes in the high rise I live in, so we gave Wang’s a shot.
Delivery too 45 minutes, but they told me it would be at least 45 and perhaps an hour, so no big surprise there.
We ordered Szechuan green beans, eggplant with pork, Singapore noodles, crispy beef, pork lo mein and moo goo gai pan.
Food was packaged beautifully (and carefully!) and arrived hot.
All the dishes were fantastic. So much so that i immediately called the restaurant to thank them once I had cleaned up the dinner table and stored the leftovers for tomorrow.
My wife suggested we eat them for dinner tomorrow. I didn’t tell her yet, but I can’t wait that long; I’m having Chinese for...
Read moreAfter 10+ years of being a loyal customer... I have never had a more disturbing issue with a restaurant and it's owner/manager.
We ordered $58 of Chinese food through Uber Eats - The driver, it appears, picked up (2) orders up at the same time from Wangs. Wangs took it upon themselves to write names on the bags. Well... they wrote my name on the other person's bag. Obviously we received the wrong order and it was clearly Wangs fault.
Did they offer to make it right? Not only was that a huge no... the owner/manager told me they already made the food - I shouldn't expect them to make it again - they don't work for free - even tried to tell me someone was probably tired - then hung up the phone.
Well Wangs... after 10+ years - we will officially say goodbye. I wish you nothing but failure. As a restaurant owner... I would fire any manager that didn't immediately correct an issue - especially when the restaurant is at...
