Let me start off by saying I never write bad reviews, but what happened today needs to be said. First off everything went fine when I ordered in the drive thru. I go to the first window to pay for my order and the man taking my card did not have a mask on. I can forgive that (but I find it highly unlikely they are allowed to not wear one given the pandemic). I then proceed to wait in line for 25 minutes. I finally get to the window where the girl gives me my drink. She then disappears for about 3 minutes then asks me what I ordered. I tell it to her then she walks away. She then comes back about 3 minutes later and asks me what I ordered again. I finally just gave her my receipt (I ordered a Dave's single, medium dr pepper, and fries.... not hard to remember). She then asks me to pull up to the door which I do. 15 minutes go by and three cars behind me go through the drive thru with food. I am now angry about spending 45+ minutes waiting for a single cheeseburger no special requests and fries. I then go inside to ask about my order. The lady sees me walk in and says she will be back. 5 more minutes roll around and at least 5 employees see me needing help then she comes back and asks me what I want to eat.... I just told her I wanted my hamburger and I was waiting by the door in my car like I was told. She said she would get it for me (I am still calm at this point). Then she proceeds to fill drive thru orders for another 5ish minutes and walking around aimlessly as are the other employees. Then she comes over again and asks me what my order was. I about lost it at this point. 1. How did my order get lost? 2. Would anyone have ever come to my car if I didn't walk in to ask about my food? 3. Why did no one want to help? 4. Why were 5+ people working (and it was slow time of day) and somehow no one could provide me with a hamburger and fries? Really?! There was another customer inside that had been waiting for 25 minutes on a 6 count nugget and chili. He was in shock too at the service and he said he saw me when he got there and he thought I should get my money back. Whoever owns this Wendy's needs to fire every single person working today because it was...
Read moreHorrible Service and Undercooked Food. I made the mistake of going through Drive-thru early this afternoon. I ordered two combos and an additional sandwich. Upon reaching the second window the woman working it hands me out my two drinks one of which had coke dripping all down the side. I polity tried to hand it back and ask if she would wipe it down and she just blankly stared at me before taking it and remaking it. She then handed off my food to me and I noticed I was missing my third sandwich. When I brought this to her attention she legitimately rolled her eyes at me and said to hold on. Once I recieved the sandwich they tried to short me I polity asked to speak with a manager she turned and huffed off shouting the name Raul. A moment later a man appeared and identified himself as the manager. I let him know from the get go I was not looking for anything for free I just wanted to provide some feedback. He stared at me blankly as I let him know about my experience and that he should check on his employee as she may be having a bad day given the service she was giving. Before I could finish he just started repeating as monotone as is humanly possible "I'm so sorry" again and again. Seeing that he obviously didn't care at all I simply thanked him for his time and drove home. To add insult to injury when I got home and started to eat I found under/uncooked fries in my order. My personal recommendation to anyone who reads this is don't waste your time on this store. Its obvious the staff doesn't care nor...
Read moreThis Wendy's location is not the very best I have experienced, however, I can and do appreciate the managers on duty last time I went here. My biggest complaint is the restroom is in slight disrepair. Every Wendy's location, from my experience in the past several years, has at least one individual within their staff who has a bad attitude, bad work ethic, does not care, is very careless, or some other traits that makes them a bad fit for the fast food industry. Such a person could be a manager, cashier, kitchen worker, or the maintenance man or groundskeeper. When the store top level manager has an attitude of indifference, the entire store can be poor in customer service, have an unclean and untidy appearance, and serve food items that could be unsafe and cause illness. Many managers at various fast food places tell me that it's hard to find good reliable people to hire in today's generation. Also it's challenging being a manager in fast food, and those who have never worked in the food service industry, or never have worked at all, especially need to understand the extreme challenges and job frustrations the workers and managers deal with. Just want to spread awareness about reality. If you have a complaint during your visit, you should be reasonably calm, and as honest as possible when you state your case. Getting irate can sometimes get criminal charges brought against you, so don't become the local news or YouTube superstar in a bad way if you don't want to...
