hi! as a taco bell worker i just wanted to come on & say if we are out of products it is not our faults . we make food in advanced but sometimes the larger orders take up more . or our truck doesn’t deliver everything we need so we run out. as far as us closing our lobby closes at 10 & it says that online & on the door. sometimes it’ll close sooner due to no staff. if we are slow it is because we are holding on something or there is an issue with our systems also not our faults. & we always tell the people at the speaker what we are out of. we right it on lists & put it in front of our faces like scripts . i hear y’all’s complaints & we are sorry our managers try there best. & the employees who weren’t doing there best have been dealt with. sometimes it just really isn’t our fault. i love my store & i wouldn’t want to work for anywhere else. & if you have a rude employee who was not helpful or anything you can call & report...
Read moreThis isn't my usual taco bell and there's never been another taco bell that half as good as the one I go to off Cleveland highway but today this crew outdid my main stop by a long shot. Mainly the tall gentleman running the cash register. He went out of his way to let me know where each burrito was located in my bag. The professionalism with the other employees was top notch and the food was perfect. Sometimes I've noticed some stores will have their beef temp way too high but not this one. Store was immaculate and even tho it's raining horribly, there wasn't a drop of water on the floor. Definitely a happy high moral set of employees who are focused on making the guest have a memorable experience but not at the cost of giving stuff away, rather just by being some awesome...
Read moreJuly 2023 editing my review due to this location having an absolute turn around. The employees are absolutely wonderful and always ask how we are when we order. Our order has always been perfect nothing missing no skimping etc. Good Job guys! All the hard work hasn't been unnoticed.
Wow! I will never ever go back to this Taco Bell again. "The manager" who's the girl is rude as they can be! Gave my husband attitude bc SHE typed the order incorrectly. She needs to be retrained on customer service. If the customer says that's not what they ordered fix it, instead of arguing with them! It's sad that your own associate saw how u treated a customer and apologize for you when you as the manager should know better, you were too rude to admit you were in the wrong. So...
