Visited this Chili’s in Dalton while in town. We sat at the bar and Katie was the bartender who was friendly and made sure we had our drinks continually filled. The sweet tea was really good. We ordered the combo appetizer and it came out cold so we sent it back and the manager said he would personally make it and it came out hot and fresh. The soup tasted good and was very cheesy but was not that hot.
Update#1 We thought we would go back for lunch the next day. After having to ask for a menu since trying to connect to the internet should not have question after question just to get to the menu that you can barely read. We ordered a burger and the Cajun chicken pasta both were just lukewarm and the Cajun chicken didn’t have much of a Cajun or spice taste. We didn’t have time to send them back but I think this Chili needs to work on their food temp and/or the amount of time it takes to get it out to the table.
Combo appetizer - good Potato cheese soup - good Caesar side salad - good Cajun chicken pasta - very good Burger and fries - good
Not sure if we will go back.

We thought ok well give Chilis one last try. We wanted to sit at the bar and since there were not two chairs together, the waitress told me, I had to wait for the bartender and ask if we could move the chairs. After waiting, she was so busy I finally just went back to our table. Unfortunately are last trip was our last, and one of the worst experiences we've ever had any dine in place. We came in on a slow Tues/Weds afternoon, there was almost no one in at all. We were greeted, sat, and had our food ordered within 10 mins of arrival. For some reason our food got forgotten? Because it took about 55 mins on the dot to get our food out, after asking our waitress where it was 2-3x. We didn't have anything complex, just 2 kids meals and 2 of the lunch value meals. We watched others that came after us eat and leave before we got our food. Once we finally had our food our waitress dipped out on us almost completely, we managed to get boxes to go and that was about it. Refills were ignored, service was absolutely abysmal. Would have asked for a manager, but they were all busy with a check that was going on (corporate or city, im not sure). Anyway, awful trip, food was bad, our kids had reached the point of not being hungry, and everything was kinda ruined by the time we were served. I get that its chilis and I don't have high expectations - but when we write in to let management know how bad service was and all we get is a 1/2 hearted "sorry", a generic message, and a $5 off coupon I'll just go spend my money elsewhere lol. Read more🚩Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed a phone curbside Togo Order the night Before the snow came in 1/9/25. I waited in the handicap Togo spot but apparently they can’t bring out orders to disabled people(there words not mine) but ok I got out and came in. Not only did they totally mess up the order, but the food is itself was burnt(I took pic & video so you could SEE how burnt/hear how hard by me knocking on it, yes it was that hard). I didn’t open the bag till I got home because I didn’t think that I needed to check the food before I left. BIG MISTAKE on my part. Tried to call them but guess they had closed, then I tried to call for the next 2 days to talk to some one( I can understand due to weather) but when they opened back up and finally spoke to the manager to explain the situation and in a run down was like “I’m so sorry here is a $20 egift card” and this was AFTER a whole back an forth and me even telling him I still had the UNEATEN food/ pic/ video and call log showing where I tried to call for days. I didn’t want and e-gift card at that point I wanted my $$ back. I spent $35 and got a $20 e-gift card. So I’m out of my $$ because no I DONT want to eat here again. Again the food was NOT EATEN still in a bag so I could bring it back.
