I have visited this restaurant three times in the last two weeks. I have no issues with the food - I love Jersey Mike’s and always will- , but the service I received was not the best. The first time, I was the only customer in the store and it took about five minutes to make my sub because the worker twice answered the phone while preparing my sandwich and the calls were obviously personal as she was speaking in her native language to the person on the line. She also did not switch gloves between handling the phone and my food. Not hygienic. On my last visit, I wanted to use my Shore card for points. Despite the fact that I had used it twice in the last week and a half, it would not scan. I was ok with going without the points, but then I was made to feel as if it was my fault that it didn’t work. She told me my card was just too old. I repeat, I love these subs, but I doubt that I’ll be visiting this franchise again....

My son was a manager at Jimmy Johns for years and would’ve never treated customers like this. When we tried to order new subs we were told they only had white bread as we watched them make subs for their friend in the shop on wheat bread after our subs, and were apparently not allowed to order the flatbread. Oh and did I mention they managed to not give us the correct subs, even though their friend in the dining room/shop was coaching them along to help them keep track. You know when you walk into a place and they make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them? Read moreIt’s been soo long since I’ve had a sub and I am so lucky to have a Jersey Mike’s near me. It’s always busy when I swing by so I skip it because I have celiac disease. I get nervous making the line long and adding an inconvenience to people. My husband ordered for me while I went over to Kroger to purchase cheese I can eat. My husband had the sweetest experience with Harry. A very soft spoken young man, but his kindness shines super bright! He made me an amazing sandwich!! I’m very grateful for the kindness and patience shown experienced. I called to ask for his name, but I couldn’t hear. Harry asked for help from his co worker Jamie. I got confused for a pan call and then the call failed. Jamie kindly called back apologized for the misunderstanding and took the time to spell their names.
