Ok so my family and I stopped here tonight and there was literally no cars anywhere so we parked on the Drive thru side and walked to the first door which was locked I looked through the window and saw a girl at the register on front counter and she motioned to come to the other side of the building ok fine we went in I placed my order and I had a large drink with one of my coupons so she asked did I want ice and I said yes so she went and got me ice from the drive thru and I walked over hit the coke and filled up my cup tasted it and OMG it was horrible was no syrup at all so I poured it out and asked could she get it from the drive thru and so she filled up my cup again and I tried it and it tasted the same. So I once again poured it out and just filled it up with tea. So then she bags my food and I try one of the fries and they were all old so I asked for fresh fries the manager came up and took the bag that had the fries in it and dropped a basket of fries however she did not throw away the fries that was still in the bin that were old actually when the fries were cooking I handed her my bag of nuggets and my burger and asked if she could put the bag in their warmer so that my food stayed warm she took my bag sat It on the warmer then turned around and said the warmer is broke and picked up the bag and handed back to me I said ok and looked at the burger which I asked to be cut in half was not cut in half and I asked and showed my receipt for it to be cut and so the manager said sure looked at the receipt and then asked the guy in the grill area to cut it in half so he did she handed it back to me. Then the fries started beeping and the guy pulled them and dumped the fresh fries onto the old fries and I literally watched the manager scoop the old fries and the news fries together by this time we had been there for almost 15 20 mins and I just was so upset and aggravated and trying not to say what I wanted to say so I didn't say anything about the fries and we just left. I have never been on this side of town's burger king and this was our first time and our last time. I wish I would have just went to Northgate Dr where I use to work I never have problems and the food looks and tastes fresh always. Gene if u read this I was very disappointed and let down here.
Also there was an older guy who had walked in and was standing at the register with a $20 bill in his hand and he was just standing there the whole time we were inside waiting for our nasty fries that were suppose to be fresh they looked awful like the grease hadn't been changed in a very long time but as I got my bag of food from the manager I said this guy hasn't ordered yet and she looked at him and said have u not ordered and he shook his head no and so she then took his order. Clearly from the previous reviews here the crew and managers don't really care about the folks who pay their checks and the folks who are why they get raises so I do not recommend anyone coming to this particular Burger King the one on Northgate is really good.

Read moreI've eaten here quite a bit over the years and only had a couple of bad experiences. But tonight!! It was bad. My burger was not fully cooked, got a replacement burger which wasn't even as cooked as the first one!! My husband's burger had a tag in it! When getting a refund for my burger, (because I wasn't gonna try that "third time is charm" thing!), I told the manager about my burger plus the tag. She was so nice as to tell me where the tag came from, but only refunded my burger, not the whole meal, not his tagged burger, didn't even apologize, just stated she was going to make sure the employees in the back was aware of what happened. I'm glad you're doing that, ma'am, but I didn't get to eat my burger, husband only ate about a quarter of his before he found the tag, we're still hungry, but thanks for the $5.23 refund??? Read moreOne star is too high. We haven't been to this BK in months because of previous bad experiences but saw recently that the cheesy tots were back so decided to have it for lunch today. We didn't receive our full order and while waiting for those missing cheesy tots, noticed that every other customer had an issue with their orders missing items, too. How difficult is it to double check an order before handing it out? How difficult is it to read the screens that tell you exactly what to make for the order? How difficult is it to apologize to a customer? Apparently the employees at this BK can't do any of these things. We had to drive back for the missing cheesy tots and then eat our cold whopper jrs with no cheese (we paid extra for cheese). And please don't bother offering me a coupon or free items because they'll just be left out of the order and your employees will treat it as an inconvenience.
