05/20/25 At 10:54 AM during my order, the woman working the food line was extremely rude and raised her voice at me. It seemed English was not her first language, but that doesnât justify speaking aggressively. Behind her stood a man who stared at me in a disturbing way, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
About 15 minutes later, I returned and asked to speak with a manager. A young woman came out, claiming to be the manager, but refused to give her name. I explained that I wanted to file a complaint about the rude employee and ask for her name. The manager claimed she didnât know who I was talking about and even said that no men work at this location â which was clearly untrue.
Then she ran to the kitchen trying to figure out who I meant, involving the rest of the staff in a loud and chaotic discussion. No one offered an apology. The manager kept repeating that the employee doesnât speak much English and that she is a âwonderful person.â Meanwhile, a young blonde woman started laughing loudly during all this.
The managerâs reaction was completely unprofessional. She mentioned multiple times that their staff are immigrants and then walked away, leaving the rest of them to discuss the situation openly and loudly.
I felt like I was in a chaotic market, not a professional restaurant. I demand a formal apology. This behavior is unacceptable.

   Read moreI ordered two Chipotle bowls and scanned my reward codes for chips and queso. Iâve used these codes frequently over the years without issues at various locations. However, cashier Nenita said she couldnât scan them. I asked her manager for help since she didn't seem to know what she was doing, but she refused and told me to call corporate. I requested to cancel the queso since my reward code couldnât be scanned as well as the chips. Despite this, she still put the queso inside of my bag, maybe she forgot or do it on purpose since I was still charge for the queso even I said cancel it. Then I went to the car for a 9 minutes phone call, I noticed the queso and the queso charge on my receipt and I went to returned to the store for a refund. Nenita claimed it was past the 20-minute return window, though it was only 12 minutes. The supervisor, Rashann, was unhelpful and indifferent and just stands there without given any help until I demand a refund for the queso.    Read moreNormally I love eating Chipotle food. This Daly City location doesn't hold up its standards like other locations. Two times I ordered Chipotle to be delivered by DoorDash and two times there were items missing from our order. That wasn't the only issue with my order, the food was awful as well as cold. I ordered the carne asada bowl and the carne asada was disgusting. There was a lot of gristle and and it was very hard to chew. I've never had such lousy food at other Chipotle's I've been to. The entire meal was pretty much inedible. Then to top off the lousy food I tried to get Doordash to give me a credit for the food and they had the nerve to offer me $3.00. The food was $50.00 so I declined their offer and promptly closed my account then called Chipotle and they told me I had to take it up with Doordash.
