Dear Management Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a recent unpleasant experience I had at your establishment.
As a long-standing customer, my wife and I have always enjoyed our visits to your establishment. However, during our recent visit approximately 20 minutes ago, we encountered an employee whose behavior was not in line with the high standards of customer service we have come to expect.
Regrettably, the staff member in question displayed a level of rudeness and arrogance that was both surprising and unwarranted. When I politely addressed her concerning her tone, she became defensive and unapologetic. Furthermore, her negligence led to my order being inaccurately taken, which I believe was a direct result of her inattentiveness while wearing earbuds.
It is disappointing to receive such treatment, especially considering the loyalty we have shown as regular patrons of your establishment. I believe that every customer, regardless of the circumstances, should be treated with respect and courtesy.
I kindly request that you address this matter with the staff member involved, as her behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and undermines the positive experiences we have previously enjoyed.
I trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the resolution...
Read moreThis Dunkin is not the same as it once was, not sure what happened. At about 12:30p on 10/9/25 I went though the drive thru… waited like 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, I was the only car in the drive thru… Perhaps there were customers inside, totally understand but a “I’ll be right with you” would have been nice instead of leaving people wondering if you’re even open. The girl taking my order sounded like she hated her life and was kind of rude, terrible customer service but I order my usual coffee anyways and then im told they don’t have cold foam? So I get the coffee without it, whatever. I didn’t try my coffee until I was already on the highway, it literally tasted like chemicals, it was undrinkable so money down the drain which is upsetting bc I was really looking forward to a cup of coffee and I’m paying for it!! And I’d like my moneys worth even if it’s a few dollars. I will never understand how people can deliver this kind of service… no one is forcing you to work at Dunkin. You chose the job. You find something else if you’re unhappy otherwise be happy about making coffees and do so correctly! Dunkin was my very first job as a teenager and I know how coffees are made so I can’t wrap my head around the inconsistency in coffees. I order it the same way every time yet it taste...
Read moreSaturday July 19, 2025 Dunkin donuts is closed for the evening. Then they have the nerve to put up a sign in the window.. ( see picture ). So much for being open 24/7. No other 24 hrs Dunkin around except for Main St..Danbury.
Saturday night/Sunday morning at approximately 1a.m. 9/29/24. I went through the drive thru to get coffee. The cashier was more interested in texting on his phone than taking care of a regular customer. He would stop what he was doing, and finish his text. PUT THE DAMN PHONE AWAY..YOU'RE AT WORK! I was just at the drive thru two different employees working, one male one female..the female, again with texting while "trying to wait on a customer ". UNLESS YOU'RE ON A BREAK, NO PHONES.
primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!!...
