Our stay was terrible. I travel quite a bit for business and personally and this was the worst experience I have had. We had no hot water for two of the four nights. Worse, the hotel failed to notify us in any way -- no text, email (despite the fact that they have all of our contact information), or even a simple sign anywhere in the lobby or elevator. We were unable to shower for three days. I could not wait to get home on Sunday so I could shower and wash my hair. Worse than camping.
The GM, John Agabey, was rude and dismissive.

I brought it up with the staff on two different occasions during the first week I was there. And still, after 6 more weeks it's still hanging there. This isnt one of your small indoor light fixtures.
