Almost no selection of juices left, and they try to sneak a charge of 1.85$ in addition to sales tax if you try to use a debit card. Sounds like a scam because it is a scam. When I asked why I was being charged the extra fee to use a card I was told it was my bank charging me. Well, my bank doesnât ever charge me itâs a simple scam to increase revenue and it is also illegal. To top it off, the woman gave me the wrong product when leaving the store after lying to me about the origin of the feeâŚâŚâŚâŚ.. editââ I forgot to say and when I told her what she is sayng makes no sense, I was told to not come back not to mention she said 14.99, the machine screen said 22.91 When I then asked her why the screen said 2291 instead of 1499 she said oh Iâm sorry let me fix that and then she charge tried charging me1699 so for you to tell me that youâre offering a discount of 4% for a cash customer versus a card Customer none of those numbers line up with a 4% discount. When I told her Iâll pay you cash instead of card I was in charged 1499 after the woman said, if you pay cash, I wonât charge you taxes. so what you are trying to tell me does not make sense in your reply to my post. I would suggest getting rid of that woman and bringing in someone who would be happy to have a job and not so bitter to everyone because it appears from these comments that Iâm not the only person who had a problem...
   Read moreI was a decently consistent customer here until the woman (not sure of her name, but she has clearly acknowledged that she remembers who I am each visit, telling me I don't need to show ID, etc.) who is usually behind the counter during daytime hours, gave me some pretty horrible customer service. After coming for the same product every visit, one day, this specific product was no longer shown on display, and sometimes it is not displayed but I have many times, asked for and received this product regardless. So this time, when I don't see this product out, and I ask about it, and this woman makes me uncomfortable by saying nothing at all other than a stern "Ma'am we don't have anything." This response was given probably 10-15 times after I attempted to ask questions like "Is this product going to be available again in the future?" and "Do you understand what product I'm talking about? It's __, the same thing I get every week." and I even tried "Have you ever had this product before??" because she was just not giving me any genuine help whatsoever.... I felt like she treated me like a cop and not a regular customer that enjoys and respects their products..... So from that uncomfortable interaction alone, I will not be going there anymore. And I hope that woman doesn't treat all the customers like that, it was...

If it wasnât for that I would never go there solely based off the woman who works there. Sheâs just so rude for no reason⌠been there a handful of times and thought she was just having a bad day but realized overtime that itâs just her character. Before I even get my sentence out of what I want she, without fail, interrupts to ask for my ID. I get it thatâs her job⌠but can I speak. I even told her one time that she was being rude and she wanted to go back and forth with me. The kicker is, sheâs real friendly to male customers. Could be a coincidence but based off what Iâve experienced I wouldnât even recommend going here. Drive up the road Smokey Smoke Shop in the capris plaza is where itâs at!
