KITCHEN EXPRESS — Restaurant in Dania Beach

I don't understand how this company has a 5 start rating, Delivery service is extremally bad. They cancel order without proper notice, or decide not to deliver and tell me that it was the drivers fault. Food wasn't bad, but not the best. Horrible customer service, hard to communicate over the phone. I had to use Instagram to get in contact with them. I am a triathlete, and I hired this company to provide my food for lunch and dinner and they started making mistakes since the first week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
