Dunkin' — Restaurant in Danville

I didn’t visit Dunkin’ much until one of my closest friends started asking me to take them there. While those trips are memorable, they’ve also been a little nerve-wracking for me. There’s always the same gentleman taking drive-thru orders, and while he’s kind and clearly tries his best, I struggle to understand him due to his thick accent and the quality of the speaker system. It’s a challenge, and it does make the ordering process more stressful than I’d like. I really enjoy your drinks and donuts, but I think improving the speaker quality, or getting a worker who speaks more clearly could make the experience a lot smoother...

Great staff, great donuts, great peices and deals. Management for this branch is very invested in making sure the visits all go smoothly as they are newly opened as of Leap Day.

Lots of seating and plenty of room for parking.

Run by and grab a $2 medium coffee/latte from 2-6! Speed it up even more buy ordering in their app and either picking it up at the online order section inside or via the drive through!

Been to many Dunkin Donuts. I have been to this one several times. I have herd some customers say "they mess up alot". Or is "very slow". I myself have not had that issue. Yes they have been backed up. But sometimes that can be expected. However when something breaks it takes time to fix it. Just remember it is not employee's fault. As for food coffee is good 👍 last but least the two gentlemen that really seem to live there & work hard. Very polite. Always striving to make sure the customer get want they want.
