McDonald's — Restaurant in Daphne

I made a mobile order on my lunch break and chose to pick up at the drive thru. The young lady at the speaker had a rude tone to her voice with all the customers. I told her I had a mobile order, she said she didn't see it but asked me to pull to the first window. Upon getting to the window, she said they didn't have my order. I looked at my app and told her she should because I had an order number. She still said , very rudely, "Well we don't have it." I said that I would just go inside. When I got inside, a young man at the front counter was able to pull up my mobile order easily. Though my order only consisted of a medium fry, a pie and a frappe, I was there for 30 minutes and was almost late clocking back in from my lunch break. I quickly received my food, but the frappe was taking a while for some reason. The young man at the front seemed to be new and still learning but he was doing a good job overall. The man that seemed to be a manager or shift leader was being very rude to the young man when he had to ask for help. I felt bad for him and felt like he was being belittled. When I noticed that it was taking a long time for my frappe and saw one being walked put to the drive thru, I asked how much longer it was going to take because I had been there for 30 minutes already and was going to be late getting back to work. The manager blamed it on the trainee by saying he cleared the screen so he didn't know he needed to make one. The manager did say he was sorry for my wait. I replied with a thank you. He then made another excuse saying that he was just made aware of the frappe. I again said thanks. I'm pretty sure he mumbled a derogatory remark as I was walking out. This McDonald's used to have better service. In my experiences, every McDonald's restaurant seems to have rude, inconsiderate, untrained employees who lack any kind of...

What in the actual hell is going on here? The girl with the red braids is the most unprofessional, rude, loud and out if control person I've ever met. She told me my mobile order wasn't coming up after 20 minutes if sitting at the speakers, I go up to the window she tells me nah your order ain't popping up you gotta drive around, a man was standing there and was trying to help when she yelled at him nah she ain't holding up my line after yet another 20 minutes, I go BACK around and wait another 10 for her to tell me the same, so I go to the window, when I pull up the 2nd time she screams across the entire restaurant at the other workers, pounding her fist into her man I done told this chick her order ain't popping up and she holding up my line again, for her to again tell me to drive back around, I said no I'm not doing that I've already been here for almost an hour now. A man walks up asks me to see my order and he goes to type in in and she yells again you ain't putting that on my kiosk. This chick had 8 cars total waiting at the front blocking the exits and entrances screaming out the windows acting a dang fool! Every order that came out WRONG mine was missing sauce and ketchup and the food was cold and HARD AND OLD. I cannot believe I spent an entire hour waiting on a 20 piece and 2 freaking mcdoubles. Last time I will go to this location. The one up the street isn't much better. I asked for no pickles. I got no nothing on my burned to a crisp chicken sandwich. The chicken is literally so dry it all just tastes like bread.i have a picture but there's no option to upload

The time before this (last weekend) my experience was as follows:

I arrived at 6:19 pm....Waited several minutes with no one in line before I asked if they were open, the young man responded, "Wait." Nothing else, didnt greet me, didn't ask if i minded waiting, he just said rudely WAIT. I waited a few more minutes he finally (actually sighed first, in an annoyed manner) and said one word, flatly, "What." I told him my app code and he asked what is that supposed to be, I responded with telling him what the order should be. He said nothing. Just sat there in silence... After waiting a moment I asked "did you get that?" He said in an annoyed tone, "What do you want?" Which to me, obviously translated to, why are you still here??

I tried not to let that upset me and instead I gave the code again and told him it's supposed to be chicken sandwich. And he said, "yeah. That's what I have on my screen" (there was nothing on the screen) "...what am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to type that in again?" (Sarcasticly)

So I said I don't know what you have to do on your end, but i gave you an order, have I missed something? He said nothing. Just left the window silent. I left and got...
